Pet care experience
The golden retriever in the picture is my brother's but I raised her as a puppy :) I miss her and am looking for dog sitting opportunities (mostly for fun). I currently live in a condo with my boyfriend in the LVCC (Vegas Valley & Maryland). Our home is sadly pet free, and we’re looking to sit for one dog at a time. For longer stays, I’m currently teleworking although I may have to go into the office on occasion. For that reason, we prefer dogs who are either crate trained or comfortable if left alone (no more than 6 hours) up to two times per week. I'm also very familiar with anxious pets and am home most of the time (when not in the office) to play with them!!

Abby had my dog for 5 days. She was extremely pleasant and communication was excellent before booking, during the week & at drop off. She cared for my dog like I would have and that’s exactly what I hoped for. Without a doubt would recommend Abby to anyone & will use her services again if in the area.

Our community is gated and very dog friendly! We could stay within our community or drive your pet to nearby parks depending on your preference and comfortability! We keep our floors clutter free and keep an active eye on them so your little one won’t be getting into anything that could upset their stomach. We never give dogs people food (unless that is your preference).

Since we do have numerous dogs in and out of our home for petsitting, dogs who are territorial sprayers are not the best fit for us!
A typical day
We will keep your dog on whatever schedule you give us! Otherwise we would typically do one big walk in the morning and one big walk in the evening after the ground cools down during the week, plus more on the weekends if the dog desires! We’re also happy to play tug or throw toys around in the house in between walks.

I currently go into the office once or twice per month. I’m a huge homebody, but do go out on the weekends for errands up to a few hours at a time. The rest of the time I’m home spending quality time with your puppy 😊
