Pet care experience
I have had a dog or cat as a pet my whole life. There was never a time that I didn't have a pet. I've walked dogs for neighbors and grandparents growing up . As I have gotten older I have dog sat for my cousins (french bulldogs) for weeks on end, my high school teachers (golden retriever), and some of their friends that might need someone to watch their animals. I love to go on walks and it makes it way more fun to have a fur buddy with me! I am also a morning and night person in one so I've always had the skill to let animals out early in the morning or later at night!

I never leave a dog (or cat) outside without a leash! I try to stay off my phone during walks so I can leave my full attention to the surroundings that are happening. I check multiple times after walks that the pets have water in their bowls and that they always know that they are loved and have attention!

It is important to know if a female dog will be on her cycle if she isn't fixed. I also like to know ahead of time if they are taking medication or if they don't get along with other pets in the area. I like to meet the pets before I actually stay for the time period.
A typical day
I love to go on walks! My favorite places to walk in Sheboygan area is by the beach, especially on a hot day! You can feel the fresh lake breeze as you walk. I also love to just play with dogs and get to know them by their favorite toys. I read a lot and sometimes dogs like it when you read to them! Guilty of that!

Availability
I am currently working a couple part time jobs in the Sheboygan area, the American Club and the Weill Center for the Performing Arts. My weekly schedule of work is 11-5 typically. With shows at work on weekends sometimes I can be at work from 5-10. I know my schedule weeks in advance which will be helpful with bookings!
