Pet care experience
I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and grew up on a farm tending to horses and livestock as well. I fostered for years and really enjoyed it but I travel to much currently to add another dog long term that might not be comfortable with long trips out of the back of the jeep with me.

I take my golden for swims almost daily. She’s getting older so some of the longer hikes she’s started to sit out. But a run to town or lunch on a patio she’s right there with me.

I always want to make sure my personal dog is safe and comfortable. So if you dog needs to be fed separately or can be possessive of their crates/toys just let me know so I can keep a safe environment. I am pretty comfortable working with dogs and their quirks with no judgment and like to let dogs feel as at home with me as possible.
A typical day
I love spending time down by the water rather it’s for a swim or out fishing. I’m a firm believer that the dogs are good luck charms on a fishing trip.

Availability
I work from home and also do bartending shifts but with a very flexible schedule. I am at the longest gone for 6 hours at a time. I bring my dog almost everywhere with me. Trips to coffee shops, fishing holes, and hikes.
