Pet care experience
I recently moved to Charlotte (south end) and work full-time remote from my apartment. I‘ve been working for Rover for about 9 years now because I love animals and to just make a little extra cash ☺️. I’ve had dogs growing up and have a cat (my child) of my own now.. and I just adore animals! I spend a lot of my free time outdoors and enjoying all of the outside areas around the city. I usually explore by myself but have had some new furry friends to explore with (thanks to people like you!). I am very responsible, communicative and attentive with a great time management for animals that have a special need or medical issue. Please just let me know at the time of booking if you have any specific instructions for your pet so I am aware. As you will read from my reviews, I treat your furry friend as my own and will always keep you updated when we are together (lots of pics!) I can’t wait to meet your bestfriend! :)

Abbie is such a phenomenal sitter. I have an older pup who takes about 4 different medications, and Abbie was so attentive to her, even noting her special needs. She consistently sent updates, and it felt like my pup had a great time during her stay. I truly trust her and plan to rebook!
I couldn’t be more pleased with the care Abbie provided for my dog while I was away! From the moment we met, it was clear that she is passionate about animals. I am very prompt and responsive during my visits with many photos. I pride myself on being very attentive to your pet since I have a pet of my own and would love for someone to treat them the same! If it is a boarding, all I request is that your animal gets along well with cats and is up to date with flea medication. My cat loves dogs, but some don’t like her!

I am open to take care of all animals but need to know at the time of booking. Please also make sure your pet is up to date on all medication, including FLEA. Since I have a cat, this is very important to me if staying in my home. Also, well groomed and clean as well. Just looking after my baby!

I work from home and have a very flexible schedule during the day with my current job, and I can always help out in a pinch if you needed me to be there! If you would like me to stay at the house with your furry friend, I’m happy to keep them company and work from there if requested ☺️
