I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I have experience with small dogs and big dogs. I have gone through puppy kindergarten classes with my dog as well. I have taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, Guinea pigs, birds and bearded dragons.

Abbey was booked for a couple day overnight stay. She was in and out of the house a lot and did not stay at the house as much as we requested sometimes not getting back until midnight leaving the dogs alone. I wish there was better communication in the beginning so we did not feel mislead. All in all the animals were safe and taken care of and we would use Abbey again for drop ins as she does an excellent job with that.

Abbey did a great job with my two dogs when I went on an overnight trip. She had great communication and sent me some cute pictures of them. I don’t often leave them with someone they don’t know, but Abbey was splendid and I would definitely book her again!

I prefer staying in the clients home so that the pets can stay in their comfort zone and as close to their normal routine. With that said, I am also very flexible. I can stay in the home, offer drop in visits or care for them in my home. Whatever the client prefers.

I would like to know how your dogs do with other animals as well as children in case I take them out. I would also like to know how their overall temperament is. How they respond to inclement weather such as storms.
A typical day
I will take your dogs on walks around the neighborhood if needed or preferred. I will take them out and play ball with them or whatever they enjoy to do.

Availability
Pet care fits into my routine as I am pretty flexible on weekends, so that I can let them out frequently. I work as an instructional assistant for an elementary school. I can care for animals before and after work as well as my lunch breaks. I follow the school schedule and get holidays and breaks off as well.
