While Barclay survived and didn't seem traumatized, Mom was. I thought she was staying overnight at my house and she took my dog home with her and he didn't come back, supposedly, until just before we were due home. I expected to see her here and texted her that we would be home close to the 10 pm I had booked her for. She texted back that she had "just left the dog off" and would be fine for an hour. We came home to a dark house with dried poop on my floor which the dog had tracked onto my rug and it had to have been done on Friday while she was working. She didn't attempt to clean it up nor do I think she even read the directions I had waiting for her with all his things. The dog normally only poops in the morning and indeed had had one when I walked him. I have no idea what went on at her apartment, what he was fed, when he was alone in a strange environment, etc. I will not use Abbey again.
