I am currently dedicating all my extra time to pet sitting, so I am typically available any time you need if you request a couple days in advance. However, I do help my parents watch my younger brother depending on their work schedule. I still have flexibility in my schedule, but reaching out in advance is the best way to secure a booking!

Pet care, as well as their safety is very important. Oftentimes, I am glued to the animal, so they will be under a watchful eye. Never gone for more than 4 hours. Your rules, your way! You'll also get lots of pics of your pet! I just love being around animals, so they’ll be getting lots and lots of attention. You’ll never have to worry about them getting bored! BTW: I am also trained in CPR & learned how to perform it on dogs. I also give insulin injections to my family dog at home, so I am comfortable with giving injected medications, eye drops, or basic grooming.

A typical day
I’ll spoil your pet like my own. Whatever your pet loves to do, we will do! Long walks, playing with toys, getting scratches, laying around, you name it! To simply put it - I’m just here to make your pet feel safe and loved, while having a fun time.

Hi, my name is Abbey! I am a full-time pet sitter who has time to watch your pets ☺️ An animal lover since birth! My house has never been without a pet. Before Rover, I watched pets for friends, extended family, and neighbors. But since I’ve started Rover I’ve cared for several animals of all kinds such as dogs, cats, and a lot of their pet siblings like bunnies, guinea pigs, and farm animals. I’ve made great memories with all of them & I’m ready to do the same with yours! I love this job because not only do I get the opportunity to connect with the animals, but their families as well!

Offered to do a meet and greet before hand that left me feeling more comfortable about hiring someone for the first time to watch my cat. Abbey was very nice, sent photos, respectful of our house, and took the time to win over my elderly cat. She also was able to give my elderly cat her twice a day medication no problem.
Abby was wondering with our 3 pets (1 dog and 2 cats). She alerted me to an issue with our automatic feeder so I could problem solve it and was very helpful! I really appreciated her help and will absolutely book with her again!
Abbey was amazing! This was our first time having a sitter stay at our house, and I was definitely nervous. Our older dog has a new, somewhat more involved routine now and I wasn't sure if it would feel like too much to handle. Abbey was so calm and immediately put us all at ease. She asked good questions before we were away and sent us lots of photos and updates. It was honestly an incredible relief to know she was there for them, and we loved coming back to happy, relaxed, well-rested pups. Can't wait to work with Abbey again!
