As a zoology student, I have a great passion for all types of animals and the utmost care and affection for them. In caring for my own two, aging standard poodles, I've gained invaluable experience in caring for dogs who need special care and attention. No dog is too much to handle. Old and fragile, young and rowdy, small and timid, big and excitable; they all deserve the same level of care. Side note, my two poodles don't currently live with me but rather with my parents in my hometown. Being in school, I am available to check in, walk, and house sit primarily after 12pm. I would appreciate, at least, a small amount of instructions during house sittings so that I can do my best to make sure you and your dog are well satisfied! Any explicit instructions given to me (i.e. feeding routines, pill requirements, necessary potty training routines, etc.) will be followed to the dot. I make sure to check on any necessities during visits, and play and socialize the whole 30 minutes during drop ins, and will gladly jog alongside dogs that prefer it during any walks (I also try and avoid contact with other dogs, in the name of safety)! My priority is always the dogs (and owners) safety, well being, and happiness!
