WFH dog Dad Looking to Hang w/ Dogo
Pet care experience
I am a full-time financial analyst w/ extra free time throughout the day, especially when my partner works day/night shifts. I have adorable 3.24lb and 15lb teacup schnauzers too. I enjoy taking strolls around the neighborhood while taking work breaks, and practice my own dog’s training on every other walk. I absolutely love making dog friends and doggos tend to love me back (something about dad vibes is what my friends say). I would love to get to meet new pets around the neighborhood. I have cared for pets since I was 5, and often would house sit my neighbor’s German Shepard, Pit Bull, and Australian Shepard. I also had a French Poodle, two Chihuahuas, and a Dachshund in my own home.

Aaron was very communicative and attentive. He went above and beyond to update me about my pup & took initiative to get flea spray when he noticed she had fleas from the previous sitter.
Aaron was fabulous! I have a new rescue dog and Aaron took great care of Copper for a full day--regular walks, training, helpful observations as I get to know my new dog pal, and great kindness. Highly recommend Aaron!
Awesome guy and soft hearted individual for animals. He loves animals so much and it was apparent the first moment I met him. He approached my cat with such kindness and caution, and she liked him almost immediately. He followed my instructions on cat care during a one week vacation and made my cats feel so special. I’ve never had a sitter who send me as many pics as him.
Aaron has to be hands down one of the best pet sitters I’ve ever had. He took care of two my of cats and a dog, and they both were so well taken care of. Not only did he follow instructions, but he literally went above and beyond sending me texts of videos and photos of them while he cared for them. A really really personalized experience. Thank you!!

I usually make sure the animals are comfortable with me before all else. I will then follow instructions on how to care for the pet. After that, I take TONS of photos and videos of the dogs to send over to the owner. I literally have collections of my owns friends cats and dogs on my phone because I love them so much haha. I will often play with the pets and make really good friends with them.

They’re demeanor, they’re unique ticks (such as something they really enjoy or really dislike), any dietary restrictions (for treats), and any health concerns. Any tips or tricks on how to get to know them better, make them more comfortable, or secret things like the special scratch area, would really help too.
A typical day
I usually like to physically and mentally stimulate them. For dogs and cats, I tend to play with them both with whatever toys they enjoy. Personally, I’m a fan of also training tricks and stimulating them by giving them “something” to do. I also like to go on walks around the neighborhood and do short sprints with the doggos so they can feel more invested in the walk. I sometimes even rollerblade with them (if they’re fast enough).

Availability
I care for my own dogs from the moment I wake up with feeding and walking them, to sundown when we go for evening and night walks before bed. It’s part of my daily activities and often have my dogs as a break from crunching numbers and Zoom meetings.
