Pet care experience
Trusting someone you don't know with your fur-baby can be scary, so I go the extra mile to provide my clients with the peace-of-mind of knowing their pet is safe, and being well-cared for ❤️ I have a deep appreciation for dogs, and have cared for a variety of different breeds, ranging from small breeds/puppies to big Shepherds & Huskies, and everything in-between (see my profile photos) I am comfortable walking or house-sitting any type of pet, no matter the size or temperament, and I will go the extra mile to ensure your pet gets the care it deserves. When I'm not dogsitting, you'll find me building my health & nutrition business, and enjoying outdoor adventures (hiking, swimming, ect). I also enjoy playing piano, reading, and playing pickleball. I will preface this review by acknowledging the fact Aaron has a pretty great history. I know things happen, but I was really disappointed in the lack of care Satu received on my bookings. First of all, the "30 minute" walks were never more than .4 mile on the rover card for all 4 times I booked a walk. I can walk her easily close to a mile in 20ish minutes, so I'm not sure he was really walking her from the time he checked in. Second, Aaron showed up to my house late to both appointments, one at 11:15 PM almost 2 and a half hours past the agreed upon time slot with no notification, explanation, or apologies. I had to hire a friend because I was sure he was a no show no call. And I will add Rover customer service is absolutely atrocious. He may be a great house sitter, but I wouldn't recommend hiring him as a walker.
We feel fortunate to have found Aaron & couldnt ask for a better trust worthy & reliable person. Aaron was very professional from the start - beginning with his quick reply to my inquiry text. Most importantly, he was great with my dog & kept me updated frequently with photos & text. I would highly recommend Aaron for your house & pet sitting needs.
