About: I have been an animal lover and owner for all 42 years of my life. I take pride in thorough training, including obedience and manners, and in the past have participated in a breed-specific training course for German Shepherds. I have experience with large breeds, including German Shepherds, and high energy breeds like German Shorthaired Pointers, as well as small, timid or feisty breeds. I have been told many times by fellow dog owners that I have an excellent "dog energy" and dogs seem to be drawn to me, even those who are typically shy or standoffish. I have patience and understanding of dogs & their psychology, and do my best to adjust myself to each dog and situation. I'm familiar with dog allergies, including dietary restrictions and special skin care needs. My home is quiet, clean, and free of synthetic fragrances, so your pup's sensitive nose won't be bothered. I work part time and typically set my own hours so I can be available as needed for potty breaks, walks, feeding, playtime, stop-ins, etc. I have a partially fenced in yard with plenty of green space on the river near downtown Menasha. I live in close proximity to beautiful walking trails and paths, and am very willing to take trips to the dog park if desired by the owner. I provide high quality limited ingredient, grain-free treats and a variety of stimulating toys.

About: I've owned 2 rescue dogs both have turned out great! I love interacting with them & consistently working with them. I work remote with a flexible schedule typically. Just moved into a spacious 2 bed with a nice yard & near a walking trail but I do have stairs to enter my apartment so senior dog owners beware. Kobe loves other dogs & adapts well to their play style. He thinks he's big but is such a sweetheart. Currently I'm available most days. I'm always on duty with my guy Kobe. He's young & full of energy. I can bring him with or not. If walks I could bring my brothers dog as well or not. I'm flexible. Whatever works best for your pet. Dog walks or playing with other dogs. I’m most available for extended services Friday through Sunday, so we can coordinate a schedule that works best to keep your furry, feathered, or scaly friend happy and comfortable. I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment for every pet in my care. In my home or a client’s home, I ensure the space is pet-proofed and free of hazards. I follow each pet’s routine to make them feel at ease, respecting their space and preferences. For new pets, I take the time to build trust through positive interactions and gentle introductions. If I’m caring for pets in my home, I create a calm, safe space with designated areas for eating, sleeping, and play. I supervise all interactions, especially with other animals, to ensure everyone's safety. I also maintain cleanliness, making sure litter boxes are scooped daily (or more frequently depending on the pet), food and water bowls are clean, and any medication needs are carefully followed. When staying in a client’s home, I respect their environment by keeping their pet’s routine consistent, and I ensure they have a safe, familiar space. I communicate regularly with pet owners to update them on their pet’s well-being and to address any concerns. My goal is to provide the same level of care, attention, and comfort in your home as I would in mine.

I’ve had various breeds of dogs over the years and several of them have had special needs. I’ve been able to navigate and support the through the ups and downs. I’m an excellent companion for elderly pets. Right now I am between full time jobs and can help during the week and weekends. At some point, my hours of availability will be nights and weekends only.
