“They did a great job keeping the place clean and taking care of my two cats. I got daily pictures/videos and could tell they did well bonding with the boys too. Will definitely reach out again for help! Thanks so much!”

“Emma helped us out last minute by watching our dogs. Our dogs are unique and have special restrictions, so I was initially concerned about entrusting a stranger to care for them! However, Emma did a wonderful job and the weekend went off without issue. She was attentive and quick to respond via text as well!”

“Ariana took such good care of our lil man, Mr. Teddy. 💞 The pictures were fantastic as we were away. And she handled giving his daily oral medicine extremely well. 10/10!”

“Andrea was excellent with our pups! We have a new puppy who is very timid, but Andrea got her to warm up to her after only one visit. Our older dog had no issues warming up to her as well. She also helped clean up some messes when puppy had an accident which was much appreciated!”

“Stacey P communicated with me about my dog twice daily keeping me informed of how he was doing. She took excellent care of my very elderly dog and even had some helpful suggestions about his care. I would definitely book her again.”
“I am so glad I booked Sarah!! She's super easy to work with, and my two cats LOVED her. I have a particularly shy guy and he was in her lap from the beginning. So grateful that they had Sarah around while we were away. Highly recommend!”

“Elizabeth was prompt and took great care of my pup. She was easy to get a hold of and responded super quickly ahead of my booking and then sent lots of photos after the visit. My pup was well cared for! Will definitely book again.”

“Gretchen took amazing care of my cat, Dory, while I was away for 5 days! I got updates and photos after every visit, which gave me so much peace of mind. She went above and beyond with the litter box, fresh water, driving to me, and taking the trash out before I got home. Couldn’t have asked for better care. Highly recommend!”

“Isabella did an amazing job watching our cats and made sure they got plenty of playtime during our vacation. She did a great job with communication and sending us photos and was very accommodating with multi-day visits. Would definitely book again!”

“Kelsey did such an amazing job with our cat! Like most cats he needs a little time to warm up and she was so patient with him. He was loving all the playtime he got and by the end even crawled into her lap for attention. Her updates and pictures were detailed and we were able to enjoy our trip knowing our cat was happy, healthy, and enjoying time with Kelsey. The next time we need a sitter we'll definitely be booking with her again!”

About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a little girl. Growing up, my family always had at least one dog in the house, and I would usually convince them to get more! I’m always asked to pet sit by family and friends as my love for animals is known by all. Since I’ve moved into my own apartment, I’ve volunteered at the SPCA and have fostered multiple dogs! I always need to have dog interaction in my life, so since I’m not quite ready to adopt, I take care of shelter pups or other people’s dogs when they need the help! I am currently an undergraduate student at University at Buffalo. I have a fairly flexible schedule as all my classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, giving me a generous amount of free time during the remaining days of the week. I currently live in an apartment with no dog of my own, however, I grew up in a house that always had a dog. I still consider my mom’s dogs my own, and visit them quite frequently. I’m the type to sit down and spend lots of quality one on one time with a pup. I never get tired of playing and would love to go on long walks around the neighborhood. I am also a sucker for spoiling dogs with treats :)

“I’m so happy to have met Daniela! She is so kind and truly LOVES animals. I don’t know how she did it but she was able to get my old kitty out from under the bed, taking pets, eating treats and purring 🤩. We felt so good knowing our cats were in her hands while we were away.”

“An amazing sitter! She went above and beyond for us. So thankful for her and being able to drop in last minute for us. I would recommend to anyone. She handled our crazy pups so well.”

“Nafisa has been incredible! It brings me so much peace during my workday knowing that she’s checking in on my dogs when I can’t be there. She’s reliable, communicative, and my dogs warmed up to her immediately! My dogs definitely have their quirks and she’s taken it with stride. I appreciate her endlessly!!”

About: About Me With over 20 years of experience caring for animals, I bring both skill and heart to every pet I look after. Through Trusted Housesitters, I’ve had the privilege of pet sitting all over the world, giving me the opportunity to care for a wide range of breeds, personalities, and special needs. What Sets Me Apart Senior & Special Needs Care: Comfortable administering insulin, eye drops/creams, and daily medications. I know how to approach these routines with patience and gentleness. Rescue Pet Owner: At home, I care for Rosco—my beloved American Pitbull mix who came to me as a rescue. With consistent training, structure, and lots of TLC, he’s now thriving in a loving home. Experienced & Trustworthy: Over two decades of hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, as well as cats and other pets. Calm, Caring Presence: Animals often respond to my steady, compassionate energy, which helps them feel safe and at ease while their people are away. My Approach Every pet is unique, and I take time to understand their routines, quirks, and comforts. Whether that’s a gentle walk for an older pup, playful enrichment for a high-energy dog, or careful medication schedules, I treat every animal as if they were my own. I’m a part-time yoga teacher with a calm, nurturing presence—and plenty of space in my day to care for your pets. Unlike many sitters, I have availability every day, including the 9–5 hours when most people are away. That means your pets get company, playtime, walks, and comfort throughout the day, not just mornings and evenings. Animals have always been a grounding part of my life, and I love creating a safe, loving environment for them—whether it’s medication for seniors, gentle companionship for shy pets, or playtime for the energetic ones. I create a safe, calm environment in your home by following your pet’s routines, keeping the space tidy and secure, and making sure they feel cared for and at ease while you’re away.
“It was a wonderful experience to have Lana look over our three cats. She very quickly became friends with all three even two that are normally very reserved with new people. She went above and beyond with live updates, photos and videos. Made me feel totally happy that the fellas were in good hands while we were away. Would ? recommend Lana to anyone needing Roger services. I totally love this app/service and how it can connect you with people like Lana who are so good with our furry friends. ?”

Medical Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
I’m so happy to have met Daniela! She is so kind and truly LOVES animals. I don’t know how she did it but she was able to get my old kitty out from under the bed, taking pets, eating treats and purring 🤩. We felt so good knowing our cats were in her hands while we were away.

Marine did a great job taking care of Chidi, who I know can have his behavior quirks and difficulties! She was very responsive and a pleasure to work with- I trusted that Chidi was in good hands when I had to take a last minute trip out of town. I received lots of pictures and Chidi looked like he had a great time. I would definitely have her care for Chidi again and recommend her to anyone looking for A+ cat care!

Ashley was phenomenal!! My circumstances were so last minute and she was so accommodating and flexible to help. She checked in daily with all the updates and great photos to keep me included in their day to day. My dogs had a wonderful time with her and I would absolutely love to use her services in the future and will hands down be recommending her to others. Thank you!

Meg was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Roscoe! She gave him so much love and attention, and I could tell she really cared about making him comfortable and happy. She was very attentive to both his needs and mine, and I appreciated how flexible she was with the changes in our schedule. I felt at ease knowing Roscoe was in such great hands. Highly recommend Meg!

Katelyn was amazing with Roxy. This was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous about how the experience would go. However, Katelyn made sure to send plenty of pictures of Roxy enjoying her drop in visits. She also left the house just like I had left it. Definitely recommend Katelyn and would use her in the future if I ever need a dog sitter or someone to drop in quick if I was ever away from the house again.
