“Shannon was so wonderful. We where coming in to town to stay at the Greenbrier and needed someone to stay with our Charlie while we where out to dinner. Shannon met with me ahead of time to answer any questions and arrived earlier to ensure a smooth transition. She kept us updated through out his visit and sent us lots of pictures. We couldn’t have asked for someone better to spend time with our Charlie.”

“Arabella was great! She was conveniently close to where I lived and was amazing with my pup Leo. She also was helpful and willing to clean his crate out when he had accidents. I know that’s expected/part of the job but still can not be fun obviously.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was around 8 years old and have a true passion for animals. Dog sitting was my first means of income as a child with my neighbors (and parents) allowing me to take their dogs into my home while they were out of town. I also grew up with a number of dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and rodents. Since childhood my love for animals, especially dogs has only grown and for the first time in my life I have no pet of my own. For that reason, Rover is the perfect opportunity for me to spend time where my heart is and surround myself with what I love by also helping others. I have a great deal of experience training puppies as well as handling dogs with behavioral issues. Look forward to hearing from you! I am currently working for the resort 3-4 days per week. I am free weekly Friday-Sunday and every other Thursday to house sit, dog walk and love on your pups. As I am unable to care for pets in my home I will be happy to follow all rules and guidelines you have in place for the care of your home and pets!
