“Rachel is the BEST sitter we have ever had. I would book every weekend with her if I could. She sent constant updates which was great for me because I am VERY anxious leaving my pets at home for a few days. She was extremely clean and even washed the bedding for us after she left, which I couldn’t believe!! Will be using again!”

“Fawn has been a complete lifesaver! I didn’t know what to do as I had booked a long trip and then found out that my dog was pregnant. She not only took care of my dog but her 11 puppies as well and was there for them in the most thorough and considerate way. She kept in touch with me daily. Sent me updates. Communication was great and she was accommodating in more ways than I could’ve imagined. I would highly suggest her to anybody in need and trust her with my dogs more than I do myself. She is absolutely amazing!”

“Nancy provided extraordinary service to our family. She drove to our RV to meet our Jack Russell Terrier, Missy, and stayed with her for hours while we enjoyed a coastal bike ride. Missy requires special attention due to her age and medical conditions, and Nancy went above and beyond to lovingly care for her. When Nancy visited a second time, Missy was excited and happy to see her. You will not be disappointed if you choose Nancy for your next pet sitting assignment.”

“Sidney did a great job of caring for my 2 dogs and one aged cat. One of my dogs is diabetic requiring insulin injections, daily eye drops and oral meds and she handled all of it. She kept in touch daily with photos and texts, and I especially appreciated that she did not hesitate to contact me if she had a question. To top it off, she left our home clean and orderly, just the way we left it. She exceeded our expectations!”

“Abella did a great job house sitting and taking care of my two doggos! She was responsive to the booking quickly and stopped by before I left to learn about their needs and routine. The dogs were well taken care of and she took great care of the house as well.”

“Madelyn was an excellent sitter for Frito! She was very communicative and shared pictures. Kept me updated on how she was doing throughout our trip. And the house was spotless when we got home. Will definitely hope to book her again!”

“It was a pleasure working with Alexus. She took excellent care of my dogs while my family took a weekend trip. She was timely with visits, spent sufficient time with them outside of the crates, and cared to ask questions about care that I may not have thought to tell her. Will definitely call again for all future care needs for my dogs and cats.”

“Sara was amazing! We had to hire someone short notice and I’m so glad we found Sara. She showed up on time and was able to do a meet and greet before the overnight stay. Sara communicated with us regularly while were away. And sent us such cute pictures!! We will definitely book her again for future trips.”

“Gianna was absolutely amazing with my 2 wild dogs! She came to meet them to ensure she would be a good fit, and she communicated every step of the way! I received updates and pictures while I was gone and I came back to a spotless home and happy dogs!”

“Rachael was great! Sent tons of pictures, was there when she said she’d be there (I’ve had bad experiences with many others), she spent time at the house rather than just popping in and out, house is clean, dog was happy! Great experience!”

About: With over 10 years of experience caring for pets, I’ve been someone that my friends, family, and roommates can call when they need someone reliable to look after their animals. I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all types like young, old, high energy, low maintenance, anxious, and affectionate. I’m comfortable handling everything from the basics like feeding, walks, and playtime to more involved care like medication, crate training, and senior routines. I’ve always had a natural connection with animals they tend to trust me quickly, and I take that seriously. I approach each pet with patience, respect, and a steady presence. Whether your dog needs a running buddy or your older cat just wants a quiet companion while you’re away, I’ll meet them where they’re at. I understand how important it is to keep your pet’s routine consistent and stress free. I treat every animal like they’re my own with attention, care, and a commitment to making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. As a Social Work student at Evergreen State College, I take online classes, which gives me a flexible schedule to focus on caring for pets. Outside of class, I dedicate my time to walking dogs, house sitting, and caring for pets while their families are away. Pet care is something I truly enjoy, and it fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m reliable, communicative, and available throughout the day for check-ins, playtime, walks, and overnight stays. When im taking care of your pet, safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I follow your instructions closely to keep routines consistent, whether that means specific feeding times, crate use, medications, or special accommodations. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and mindful of your pet’s boundaries.

About: Hello! I’m an experienced farm hand, pet sitter, and babysitter with a genuine love for animals and children. With 7 years caring for farm animals, 5 dogs of my own all sizes from XS-XL, and 5 years babysitting experience from ages 0-14 year olds. I’m dependable, flexible, and always attentive to your pets’ and kids’ needs. Whether it’s feeding, playing, or just keeping them company, I’m here to help and give your loved ones the best care while you’re away. References available upon request! As a new high school graduate, I have an open weekday schedule, which allows me to be flexible and dedicated to pet care. I can easily fit visits, walks, and playtime into my daily or weekly routine to make sure your pets get the attention and care they need. I love and care for my pets all the same the only part that varies is feeding, catering to their needs, and keeping in mind any triggers the dogs might have (food aggression/resource guarding). But at a clients house I feed accordingly to the instructions I was left and give their fur baby as much cuddles and love as they’ll allow me to.

“Julie is so sweet! I was nervous about leaving my 7 month old rescue pup for a week and I don’t think I could’ve found anyone better. Julie understands dog behavior so I felt comfortable leaving my 5 year old Lab and 7 month old mixed breed pup in her very capable hands. She even brought in my Hello Fresh that I forgot to cancel. If your a nervous dog mom or dad, Julie is your girl!! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!”

About: Let me help you out while you're in need of a pet sitter and take care of your little 4 legged friends at my house. My home has a fully fenced yard with lots of room to run and play. I have owned dogs and cats my whole life and worked on a dairy farm around cows and other farm animals growing up. I have been married for 36 years to my best friend and raised 2 great daughters in life and have added a couple of son in law's along the way. My wife and I love animals. I have always had a dog for a buddy since I was a child and currently have a 14 year old Cocker-Spaniel named Rufus. I am a Transportation Dispatcher and work from home half time and Anita works from home full time, so we have the ability to take them potty and run in the yard multiple times a day. Rufus get's along with other dogs just fine.

“Very communicative leading up to and throughout the week I was away ... and sent tons of photos! Our little sunshine absolutely loved her and her sweet pup! Thank you so much Brittany!!”

“Just amazing. On the first leg of our trip, Diego had to handle a situation no sitter should, the death of our baby dog. He went above and beyond to save her but she couldn't be saved. Let me add, Rosie had an upset stomach before we left but that was normal for her from time to time. He was wonderful throughout the whole process. We could not have asked for a better sitter. Thank you Diego!”

About: Hi, I’m Tiara! My passion for animals led me to the world of pet sitting over six years ago, and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve been caring for dogs through my sister’s account, but now I’m excited to offer my own personalized pet care services here on Rover. Growing up with pets, I’ve always had a deep love and respect for animals. That love has only grown stronger over the years. I know how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your furry family members, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether it's cuddles, playtime, or making sure your pet sticks to their routine, I treat every dog as if they were my own. My experience comes from years of caring for family, friends, and my own beloved pets. I'm here to provide a safe, loving environment where your pets can feel comfortable and happy while you're away. When I’m not with pets, I love spending time with my family and soaking up those joyful moments that make life special, including the wagging tails and happy paws that come with it! I work from home so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! I also have a little sister who is great with dogs as well! I have a fenced yard and 2 dogs your pup can play with! Please bring a crate if they are not house trained! That would be great

About: I've dog sat for my friends and family for years-everything from my friends chihuahua to my personal pets, Albert the Great Dane and Jocko the GSD. I love dogs and work from home, so naturally thought I'd try out Rover to serve my neighborhood. We used to foster for a rescue in Kansas, then Colorado. So, our most recent addition to the family, Jocko, was a foster fail. I now work from home and can be fairly flexible on check ins, walks, etc. I do not have a set schedule of availability, so will work with you on arranging times. I no longer can offer sitting in our home due to lease change, but can care for your pet in your home so they stay comfortable and happy while you're gone! No request is silly, our babies like what they like!

“I’ve been a dog sitter myself, so I know how much it means to have someone you can count on when you need extra help. I’ve known Austin for a long time and he’s always been the kind of person who shows up ready to help without hesitation. He genuinely loves animals and animals seem to know it. There’s just something about his energy that makes pets feel safe and calm. I’ve watched even nervous dogs completely relax around him. He’s kind, reliable, and puts real care into what he does. Tiara & Tiffany B.
“Tiara is by far our first choice when we need a dog sitter. We have used her service on several occasions, the last one for a period of two weeks. During that time, she kept the house neat and tidy and stayed in communication with us on a regular basis. Above all, Tiara is trustworthy, and our dogs love her. However, Tiara treats the dogs as one of her own. We would be happy to provide personal references upon request.”
