About: I have been care for my family dog's since 5 years old, I have walked and bath dogs and perivously own cats and taken care of them before. I work part time and also currently in college, I am available after 5 pm on the weekends and during the week day I am free after 3 pm on Tuesday and monday. I am available all summer as I am back from school. I would care up on the pets frequently and note any unusual behavior to ask the client if that should help a concern or not. I would also walk and provide the meals for pet as needed during my free time. I personally don't have a residence in my area to house dog, but in a client home I would make sure they have the required meal and walk them as requested by the client. First off, I am a full time student at Ohio Northern University where I currently am apart of the Polar Paws program as a Secondary Trainer. This program allows college students to care for and train future service dogs. As a secondary trainer, I would work with various dogs on campus by training and sitting them while their primary caretaker is busy. Prior to university, I volunteered at the Van Wert County Humane Society where I worked with cats and dogs of all ages and all breeds. This consisted of walking the dogs, cleaning cages, cleaning litter boxes, playing with the animals, etc. Currently I am available anytime during the day and anytime of the week, until I update my availability when I need to go back to campus. I care for pets as if they are children. They need attention, respect, and when being babysat, a good time! That being said, in my own home they have access to their own food, water, play area, and have set potty breaks. In a clients home, the same will apply. Any alternative toys, medications, and food can be used most definitely if requested by client. Always a clean and tidy environment before and after.
