About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve volunteered with shelters and own three of my own for the last 10 years. I’m currently working from home and hoping to get out of the house for a bit by doing drop in visits or dog walks. I’m available to board dogs as well so long as any furry guest gets along with the dogs already in the house. I’m comfortable administering medication so long as instructions are given. I’m certified in canine CPR. Im happy to cater to the needs of your dog and follow any instructions you provide. As im working from home, im available nearly all the time except for a few virtual meetings during the week. Our normal routine is a short walk in the morning, they hang out with me while I work, maybe a walk or a game at lunch, more work from home, then free in the evening for movie nights/parks/bite to eat somewhere dog friendly. I have a fenced yard with a doggy door to the back. I have also converted my office into a dog room with space for extra crate if that’s what is preferred. Animals are allowed on furniture at the owners discretion. I recognize all owners do things a bit differently and I know how worrisome it can be to leave them with a stranger so I want to put your mind at ease by conforming my care to how you prefer.

I need to know temperament, restrictions, types of exercise desired, what to feed/not feed, how we will communicate, your house rules, etc.

About: I have cared for all kinds of animals through my life but have extra personal experience with my own four rescued cats. I was also a active dog mom but decided to not get another after losing my boy some years ago. I’m a college student wanting to save money up while in school and as a pet lover and owner I can’t think of a better way to earn money while in school than playing with and spending time with animals. My yard is not fenced in! But I can take them to a fenced in area such as a ball field or I can come to the client in some cases. I do however have a closed in patio at my home, hardwood floors and loving cats (plus my mothers friendly dog) at home.

About: My name is Brooke and I am a full time MLT student at Sandhills. I have been dog sitting on the side as well as babysitting to get me the money I need through college. I love all animals and would love to help in any way needed. I have had multiple dogs and cats growing up so I am used to animals. I do overnight stays as well as just checking in daily on animals. My school hours at 9am -12pm Tuesday through Thursday so my schedule is very flexible. I do well with all sizes of dogs and all breeds. I also love cats and other animals that a family might have. I also have had pets my whole life and take very good care of them. Very well trained in animal care from baths to CPR. I’ve had multiple experiences from many different breeds of dogs/cats. I’m completely okay with any type of bread or sized dog. I’m completely open to any special request that your pet may need to be done. I would love to hear from you! About: I grew up with several different kinds of animals at home. My first job was at a pet store and I have continued to love caring for animals since then. I've taken care of friends and neighbors pets for several years. I am comfortable with any pet, as long as they have a good temperament. I am a fourth grade teacher, so my schedule is completely open in the summer. During the school year, my availability is mostly limited to weekends. At my home I have a fenced in backyard and two high energy dogs ( a Dutch Shepherd and a Corgi) who would love a buddy to play with. I also have three children, ages 8-15, who like to help take care of our furry friends. At your home you can expect your pet to be cared for just like you were there, whether they need to be walked or just let out and played with while you are away. Dogs must be crate trained for boarding or day care at my home. This allows me to make sure my pets and yours are safe when I leave the house.

About: my family has had a dog for 11 years! I was the designated walker and always loved getting out with the pup and hitting the pavement in the mornings or after school. I work full time, so this is mostly just to get out and get some exercise in before or after I get off work for the day. on walks I am stern but never mean if a dog is misbehaving. I prefer leash trained dogs, of course, and love all types of animals :)

About: No special skills...just love animals...willing to help you with your family pets because life gets busy...military brat and wife all my life ...retired and have land and building our home here... Right now I have two huge inside boy kitties..and a long hard Chihuahua and a Chihuahua terrier mix and a lab shephard mix they are all neutered and older gentlemen...I have had pigs, goats, cattle, horses, sheep, rabbits, hamsters, fish, chickens still, cats, dogs and a iguana on weekends in 8th grade LOL...I can walk your babies hold them spoil them and take care of any special needs they might have but I'm not medically trained . About: I have always been around animals, I adore them and love being around them! I would rather be around animals than people! I am vet tech certified! I have 4 dogs at home plus cattle and more. I know the responsibility of having animals and taking care of them responsibly and efficiently In my home, we have dog crates and outside we have fences. So the dogs can go out and if any visitors are nearby they can be easily controlled!

About: I have worked in veterinary medicine for three years, have owned many dogs in my life, and currently work at a grooming spa in Southern Pines. I have a certificate in grooming as well as experience in doggy daycare, dog and cat boarding, dog training, and equine welfare and management. I am currently a full time groomer in southern pines. When I’m not working, I am spending time with animals in whatever way I can. My own dogs are animal friendly and love new friends. My two are kennel trained and are soon to be certified for Canine Good Citizen. I have years of experience with animals of all energy levels and will cater accordingly. A trust and bond with any animal is very important to me.

About: Dogs and cats have been in my life since I was a toddler and over the last couple years, i’ve raised 2 litters of kittens on my own, and 1 litter of puppies. I’m gentle and caring when it comes to my dogs, and any other dogs or cats. Currently I have a part time job so usually I have a lot of spare time with my pets personally, but I would love to meet and take care of more dogs and cats. First off, I would like to build a relationship with your fur-babies to be able to build that trust with them.
