“Pam is wonderful.. reliable. Very knowledgeable with German Shepards. So glad that I found her & Rocco's new friend 😊”

“Maddie did awesome job of keeping me updated throughout her walks with my dog and was a good help the past couple of weeks. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter in the future!”

About: My favorite childhood memories are that with my German Shepherds Carson and Lady and my Chihuahua Nukiums. When in college I dog walked and pet sat my boss' French bulldog Beatrice and her lovely cat Ms. Kitty. Though Ms. Kitty only used me for a quick rub and for me to fill her bowls, Beatrice and I went on plenty of errands together. Currently I have a Silky Terrier named Rocky, a cat named Nipsey (who hides from visitors:), a rabbit named Daisy and two pet loving children who would love to have playdates with your furry family member. My kids and I have lots of energy. We are used to walking Rocky and letting him play in the backyard several times a day from 6am-9pm. If you would like a friendly dog walker, or someone to check on your cats I would love to help! I even enjoy watering plants and taking care of exotic pets if needed. I am a teacher so I am off during the summer and would otherwise add your pet care and checkins into my daily routine. I also have two kids ages 8 and 14 who love animals and will sometimes ask to come along and help out. I usually walk my dog once a day and let him enjoy the backyard for 5-15 minutes (depending on the weather) three times a day. However, I prefer to cater to your schedule which is why I usually request to have a meet and greet.

About: I own one dog named Naruto which is a Shiba Inu. We welcome all furry friends to stay and relax by Lake Norman sitting on half of acre of land. Please book your stay today. It’s a common routine and work remotely and can be there to make sure the attention and care is given to your prize possession! They will fall in suite with the already set schedule that already exists with the one other furr baby I own. Your pet will be treated as one of my own and all safety measures will be in place to insure that they have a safe and comfortable stay.

Her professionalism and kindness have truly made a difference in both our lives. I highly recommend her services to any dog owner looking for a trustworthy and caring walker!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets my whole life - from dogs of all breeds to guineas pigs and cats. Growing up, I eagerly took part in caring for them and have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in pet care. I have also provided pet sitting/walking services to friends and family. Fun fact: I loved animals of all kinds so much as a child, that I became a vegetarian at 13 years old! And I have been one now for over 15 years! I have a very flexible schedule and more than happy to work with you to accommodate your pet’s unique needs, routines, and preferences to ensure they are comfortable and cared for! When caring for your pet in your home, I prioritize their safety, respect your space (and theirs), and strive to create a calm, trustworthy environment where your pets feel secure and loved.

About: Growing up, my family spent Saturday mornings on our US Military base in northern Japan cleaning kennels, doing laundry, and playing with kittens. This resulted in two things: a love for animals + a deep appreciation for the inevitable work/sweat/cleaning that goes into caring for them. If you've ever spent any time volunteering at a shelter, you know how easily the inevitable happened- we came home with an adorable Russian blue, Walter Kroncat, from a litter we had helped to care for. 16 years, a few stamps in his kitty passport, and many moves later, our sweet boy passed away of cancer. Back stateside and a recent college grad, I became interested in my early 20's to care for other people's pets. This started with friends & family who knew my desire to monetize my love for animals to earn some extra cash, and eventually grew to a full year house & pet sitting experience for an older cat while his paw-rents lived abroad. I was competively selected from a public listing, participated in a phone screen, and then an in person interview with the family before being selected as their house and pet sitter. Most recently, I've spent a week in Salt Lake City, Utah, pet and house sitting for close friends with a 1 year old Corgi. I am now the proud parent of two precious bunnies, totaling 7 lbs of fluff: a Lionhead (6 yrs) & a Mini Rex (13 yrs). My paid pet sitting experience includes: dogs, cats, rabbits, and lizards. I'd love to chat more about your fur babies & see if we'd be a good fit! I recently left full time work for our move to NC, so my schedule is wide open! I often stay in town for the holidays, so I'm your go-to, reliable pet sitter when you're away on vacation. My goal is to keep your animal as comfortable as possible in their home environment. This includes their normal routine, feeding schedule, daily walks, etc. I know from my personal experience that our pets are the least stressed with minimal changes to their routines. For house sitting, I offer additional services, including: mail pick up, laundry, dishes, and light cleaning (upon request). I take detailed notes at our meet and greet, specific to your animal(s) and their needs, schedule, preferences etc, which I reference during their care.

About: I have had dogs of various breeds and sizes for my entire life. I have a horse and a dog and love spending as much time outside as possible. My dog and I are always walking or hiking or shes following along as I ride my horse. As for professional experience I am a vet assistant at Lakewood Vet. I try to keep my availability calendar as updated as possible, but can also be flexible. Message me your needs and we will work something out. I am available to drop in as many times as needed or stay overnight if that is preferred when caring for your fur baby. Whatever you'd like me to do I will make possible.

“Erica is amazing. She was so great with our 2 golden girls Kensi and Kallie and our girls took to her very quickly. She was very calm and gentle with them and they totally enjoyed their walks with her. We would definitely recommend Erica to anyone.”

Katherine V.
“Katherine was phenomenal in taking care of my dogs and their needs while I was out of town for two weeks. During my initial conversations with her, she was sure to ask about any special considerations that need to be addressed as I have both an elderly Shi Tzu and Chihuahua. Katherine also asked probing questions to better understand my pups’ tendencies and personalities so she would be equipped to deal with any stress they may be under. The entire time I was traveling, she also made sure to send me photos and updates to let me know they were okay, as well as take time to engage with them and make sure they were mentally stimulated. I have been hard pressed to find any other sitters that have exhibited such a high attentiveness and compassion to my furry family members and would (and have) highly recommended them to anyone that is on the fence or worried about who could be trusted to take care of their beloved animals. Katherine is absolutely amazing and my family is so thankful for her willingness to work with us.”

Grace H.Star Sitter
“Grace is the best, most reliable pet sitter we’ve ever used. She watched our two cats over long two week period, as well as many other shorter trips. We very much appreciated how Grace kept us completely up-to-date with pictures and texts on how the cats were doing, as well as of course being diligent that they had enough to eat, drink, clean litter boxes, and lots of love while we were gone. It can be stressful leaving pets in someone else’s care for a long period of time, but we truly never worried for a single moment when Grace was watching them. You won’t find a more responsible, friendly, thorough, and most importantly someone who will care about your pets like their own than Grace. Hire Grace to watch your fur babies, you won’t regret it!”

Jordan H.
“If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond and loves your animals like you love them, she is most definitely your girl! Highly recommend”

Erica M.

“Erica is amazing. She was so great with our 2 golden girls Kensi and Kallie and our girls took to her very quickly. She was very calm and gentle with them and they totally enjoyed their walks with her. We would definitely recommend Erica to anyone.”
