About: My first paid gig was babysitting a diabetic cat at age 16. All of my own pets have lived extraordinarily long lives which I credit to my own care and pampering. I have had my own, and dog sat for, Greyhounds, a notoriously high maintenance breed that I adore. I will go out of my way to assure your pet is comfortable and healthy like hand feeding your stressed pup who doesn't like to eat when you are away, cooking up turkey and rice (even though I'm vegetarian) for upset tummies and sleeping on the couch instead of the guest bed because your furry friend won't leave the living room until you get home. I'm comfortable with cats, dogs, small mammals, lizards and fish. Through Rover I have built my experience with chickens, goats and sheep and find I'm really enjoying the hobby farm chores! Drop-in and Dog walking within 10 miles only. I work from home so as long as you have good wifi I can be pretty flexible. I love to walk and hike and can do so during the week in the morning, at lunch and evening. Very flexible on weekends, particularly for furry friends who might want to adventure in the woods with me! I like to do a meet and greet before staying in your home. An introduction to your pet family, a lay of the land and Q&A. I love detailed written instructions so there is no confusion on your preferences and your pets needs. I'm a strict rule follower assuring your pets get the care you expect with the flexibility and experience to adapt to unforseen situations.

About: My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I have had dogs in my family since I was 10. I have a flexible schedule and work part-time, so I can work with many other time requests and schedules. I can care for your pet on weekends also. I have a very large yard for your dog to play in and I have 2 friendly dogs to keep them company. I can crate your pet also if needed.

“Lexy has been wonderful with my dogs and very flexible with my ever changing reservations! I have a video camera to watch my dogs when they are alone and I’ve been able to catch Lexy with them and oh boy they love her!! Highly suggest her if you need care for your animals!”

About: My grandparents have bred many types of dogs since before I was even born. I learned a lot from them and the dogs they raised from pups. I have had cats my entire life and never not had one. I've had a rottweiler, a blue heeler, a pomeranian, a chihuahua, and plenty of different-sized mutts in my life. I also take care of plenty of other animals including birds, rats, snakes, bunnies, and more. I work overnights at Kwik Trip so I’m not available every night but I can always be there before and after work and be there all day. I can take care of your furry friend at your house and I can take care of all you need me to do, including but not limited to, making sure they are fed and well hydrated, grooming of all kinds, have as many potty breaks as needed, giving your friend all the attention in the world, and more. Currently not accepting any pets at my home.

About: I grew up in a house with up to 14 trained working dogs at a time. I’ve spent years working with and developing the skills needed for them to succeed at trained tasks. I currently have an obedience trained Catahoula Leopard Cur whom I’ve been working with since puppyhood. I’ve boarded and have done drop in pet sitting since age ten. I’ve bred and trained both domestic and working dogs, and have an advanced understanding of dog body language and behavior signs to help the dog communicate. I’ve had years of experience with many different breeds of dogs from terriers, hounds, bulldogs, mastiffs, golden retrievers, doodles, and many more. I’m currently working part time jobs with flexible hours, allowing me to arrange my schedule in a way that suits your needs. A typical day includes people being home almost 24/7, typically no more than 4 hours go by with my dog being alone. I am able to do drop ins when needed, and can work around most requests. I have an unfenced 2.5 acre yard attached to a 80 acre farm. My dogs are allowed to run freely with supervision in the yard. No current barn animals present besides cats and the two indoor dogs. I am also able to provide a small enclosed area to play, with prior notice, and can use different haltering methods to ensure your furry friend will remain in a safe controlled area. In your home I am able to provide any life style you give your dog, whether that be free roaming or supervised on-leash outside time, or any other way to keep your pet safe. I’m always open to different ways to care for dogs because I understand each dog has different needs.

About: I have owned horses and dogs my whole life and have a love for animals. I have been watching family friend’s dogs for years and I wanted to get more into pet sitting/walking! I also volunteered at the humane society all throughout college so I have a lot of experience with cats of all personalities as well as dogs that may be shy or have triggers. I currently work from home 3 out of the 5 days which makes it easy for me to pet sit during the week and ensuring full care!! I also work 7 am to 3:15 pm so I have all afternoon to do any dog walks and check ins! At my home I have room for a crate if needed. I also have a long leash for going potty outside along with leashes to go for many walks!

My own dog also feels like a person sometimes I’d do anything for him! In terms of safety and my home environment, I have an open yard where pets can play and explore freely in a secure setting. My home features two bedrooms, one of which can be designated as a quiet space for pets needing rest or can accommodate their crates if necessary. I also have a medium portable kennel that can be utilized for added comfort and security. My dog is friendly and well-socialized, but I believe in the importance of a proper introduction, so I would like to arrange a meet-and-greet before allowing any animal to stay over. Additionally, I'm more than happy to care for pets in their own homes, ensuring that they receive familiar and loving attention. Your pet's welfare is my top priority, and I am committed to providing a safe and loving environment tailored to their needs.

About: I worked at a humane society for almost 5 years. I am very comfortable with all dog breeds and basic care of a dog. I also learned how to administer medication while working at the shelter. I currently have a bullmastiff and have had many senior dogs in the passed that needed special attention. I am currently looking into going back to school and do not have any other commitments for the time being. I am happy to come up with a schedule that works for you! My pets at home are free-fed and allowed to roam the main living areas at all times. I have a fenced in backyard and keep the patio door open whenever I can so they can go in and out. About: I've had 7 dogs in my lifetime and have taken care of all of them. Right now I currently have a German Shepard husky mix whom I enjoy running with and playing with all everyday as much as possible. Dogs are just like big fur babies and I love it. I am a online student and mother and a part time worker for now. However I'm flexible to work with any dog any day at any time. I have a outside keenel where my dog stays when we leave the house. And a open backyard with woods. Due to this we usually chain him up so he doesn't run off but as long as we take him to the dog park an hr a day he's good. In my home when I'm there I just lay and cuddle with my dog he's he's big lazy potatoe who enjoys naps more than any person I've met so usually he'll be at my feet everywhere I go and lay down for a nap. At others house I'll do whatever they would like me to do with their dogs if there's a fenced yard then we will be outside playing with their toys so they have their fun exercise and bonding moment with me.

About: I’ve never not had a pet. I currently have 1 dog and 1 cat as well as care for my brother’s St. Bernard and Great Pyrenees. My grandpups are a Blue Healer and a Black Lab. Animals and I seem to connect right away. In the Fall of 2023 I left the corporate world of office work to pursue enjoying life more and less stress. Early retirement with a side gig…my children are grown and my schedule is open now to help others. I’m very comfortable with animals of all sizes and have experience administering meds. I’m very open to following whatever schedule or routine you have your animals on. If they just need someone to come play or walk them to expend their energy, that’s perfect also.

She has watched my animals while away and has gave excellent care for my fur babies. When she was younger she walked multiple dogs within her neighborhood for many years.
