About: Dog mom, animal lover, and always happy to spend time with animals! I grew up in an animal-loving household surrounded by dogs, gerbils, guinea pigs, parakeets, fish, and even the occasional rescue kitten. My love of animals has continued throughout my life, and I’ve had a wide variety of hands-on animal care experience. I spent several years working on a horse farm and also worked as a kennel and veterinary technician assistant at a veterinary clinic, where I gained experience caring for animals with a variety of needs. I also regularly dog and cat sit for friends and neighbors and am comfortable caring for pets of different ages, personalities, and energy levels. I currently have a two year old rescue pup of my own, Colby, who keeps me on my toes and reminds me every day how much animals become part of the family. I’d love the opportunity to give your pets the same care, attention, and affection I give my own! I’m primarily available during weekday school hours, which gives me plenty of flexibility for daytime walks, drop-ins, and pet visits Monday through Friday. I also have some availability on weekends, although it varies from week to week. I’m happy to work with you to find a schedule that works for both of us and will always make sure I’m available before confirming a booking. I treat every pet as if they were my own, with a focus on safety, comfort, and making sure they feel happy and secure while in my care. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, needs, and any special instructions from their owner, and I’m careful to follow those instructions consistently. Whether I’m caring for a pet in your home or taking them for a walk, I prioritize keeping them safe, supervised, and comfortable. I’ll also keep owners updated and communicate promptly if I have any questions or notice anything unusual.

About: Growing up on a horse farm my entire life and studying animal husbandry has given me experience caring for animals of all ages. About: Ive been caring for dogs and cats since I was about 8 years old. I’ve always had multiple dogs in the house at a time. I’ve cared for dogs ranging from big to small, Seniors to puppies. I provide daily photos throughout your pets daily routine and tons of love I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of enough time to care for your fur baby. I believe all animals should be treated like they are you own even if they are temporary I live in a quiet cozy apartment with a big yard in the back. There is plenty of room for playtime and resting. Pets are welcome on all furniture

About: Experience with multiple breeds of dogs. My heart is owned by our 5 boys and our 3 furbabies 16 year old Siberian Husky named Lola, a 2 year old husky/german Shepard mix named Skye and a 13 year old Australian shepherd named Apache . A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.

Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
