My dog had a blast playing with her and other dog she was watching. We were delayed in our travels and she was very flexible! All of which will care for your babies just as much. I love that Rover allows us to provide personable stays to allow 1x1 tailored time with your pet that eases a lot of stress for everyone. I own an at home dog grooming kit which includes a dog vacuum that combs them while taking out the excess fur. Let me know if you need any deshedding services! My availability is totally available everyday! I work from home so I’m here on call for sure! If you are in need of drop-in visits, my fiance does come along for meet and greets and occasional visits as well. In both my home and my client's homes, I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for pets. This includes maintaining a consistent feeding and exercise schedule tailored to each pets needs. I ensure plenty of playtime and mental stimulation through interactive toys and games. Additionally, I maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning feeding areas, litter boxes, and any pet messes promptly. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I have experience grooming dogs and cats including raking undercoats and sanitary grooms for cats. I am a pet people. Any time any day I’m here for your animals. Potty breaks don’t stop on weekends and companionship isn’t suspended because of arbitrary work weeks. You need help, I got your fur baby covered. I have established safety protocols for all animals in my car, including but not limited to fenced in yards, puppy proofing living spaces, and creating calming no trap zones for animals. Because I know how stressed they can be coming into a new space. For cats I have invested in feliway to calm nerves and anxiety, and for dogs I have lavender diffuser for calming as well as ample play time.

About: If there's anything that I can brighten my day, it's seeing a happy dog! Since I was young I have always had a soft heart for all animals. I believe in the ethical treatment of animals, and I will advocate for them however I can. I have cared for many dogs of my own over the years, as well as for others. Your fur babies will get as much love as I give my own. Caring for animals has always brought me a deep sense of comfort and joy. I especially enjoy supporting senior pets or those who need a little extra attention, patience, and care. I recently lost my beloved dog of 15 years to cutaneous lymphoma, which required attentive, around-the-clock care, including carefully timed medications and a thoughtfully managed diet tailored to his health needs. He was truly a member of my family, and his loss has left a significant space in my life—one of the reasons I’ve chosen to join Rover. I’m very attentive, protective, and detail-oriented when it comes to an animal’s well-being. My experience has also led me to learn extensively about canine health, particularly cancer prevention and supportive care. Caring for animals is important to me, as I know completely how worrisome it can be to give your baby to someone else and hope they get the same love and care. I have always been very cautious with my pets in any situation and this is one of the reasons I joined Rover. I understand the nervousness of giving someone else the responsibility of your beloved pet, and if I can be that relief to someone else then I would love to! The attention, detail, and care I put into them reflects my fees. Since my dog has passed, I truly miss the simple joys of daily walks and spending time outside with a dog, and I look forward to providing loving, reliable care for yours. I currently work on a project basis and have full availability, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care, walks, and play. I don’t have other pets, so your dog will receive my full attention and care. I’m home most of the day, providing a calm and consistent environment. I also enjoy taking walks, especially when visiting family in the Four Hills area, which offers great opportunities for outdoor time. I do go to the gym regularly, but I’m typically only away for about an hour, ensuring your pet is never left alone for extended periods. Along with dog sitting, my background also includes a professional career in the film industry, teaching English in Spain with families, and caring for a farm in Hawaii. If caring for pets in my home, I maintain a clean, secure environment with plenty of supervision, comfort, and affection. I ensure pets have a safe space to relax, access to fresh water, and appropriate exercise and enrichment based on their energy level and needs. Safety is always my top priority. I’m mindful during walks (leash safety, surroundings, avoiding hazards), and I’m experienced with administering medications and caring for senior or higher-needs pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own—with patience, attentiveness, and genuine care.

About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.
