About: I have had pets my whole life and enjoy playing and socializing with them. I have walked other peoples dogs and taken care of friends and neighbors cats. I'm currently working part-time so I'll have plenty of time to take care of your pets needs. I have a very flexible schedule. And I can work around your needs. I have a fenced in yard and I have a cat that is used to being around a dog. I love to go on walks and to be outside so I can go on lots of short walks or long walks, whatever is needed. We can run in the backyard off leash if that is preferred.

About: Hi we are Don and Bobbi! We both have grown up around dogs our entire lives and have always been passionate about caring for animals. Between our families, we’ve had many dogs and cats over the years, giving us experience with pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities. Today, we have two dogs and a cat of our own and understand the importance of providing pets with love, attention, exercise, and a safe environment. We’ve also pet sat for friends and family and have enjoyed getting to know and care for their pets as if they were our own. We decided to join Rover because we love spending time with animals and thought it would be a fun way to help other pet owners feel confident that their pets are receiving excellent care while they’re away. We understand our profile is new with no reviews but we promise to provide exceptional care and hope to show that through reviews as we get settled on this app! Bobbi works from home Monday-Friday and Don works from home Monday and Friday. Someone will always be home to care for your animals! Our flexible schedules allow pet care to be a priority. We have a massive yard for the dogs to run around and are constantly going on leashed walks near our house. Our house is their house and we are happy to play with your pup as much as they need!

In addition to dogs, I’ve also raised birds, turtles, and fish, so I’m comfortable caring for a variety of animals. I currently work from home so I’m able to provide physical comfort and stimulation via petting and playing with toys. I was the proud dog mom of a Miniature Pinscher named Penny, and I adored her like family. Caring for her was a meaningful part of my daily life. Every Sunday, I prepared her fresh meals—meal-prepping wet food to mix with her dry kibble to ensure a balanced and enjoyable diet. I built my routine around her needs, including walks before leaving home and as soon as I returned, along with consistent activity throughout the day to keep her happy and engaged. I personally trained her, and she was crate-trained, comfortably settling in at night. She knew a variety of commands, including roll over, paw, other paw, along with all basic obedience cues. During the time I wasn’t actively caring for Penny, I invested in learning more about dog behavior by reading books and educating myself on different breeds, temperaments, and training approaches. This allows me to adapt my care style to meet each dog’s unique needs. I’m also an aunt to a husky named Rocky and a terrier mix named Marty, so I’m familiar with varying energy levels and personalities. For bookings that require a higher level of care—such as frequent walks (e.g., every 2 hours) or detailed routines—I kindly ask for at least two weeks’ notice. A meet and greet 2–3 weeks prior to the scheduled stay is strongly preferred to ensure I can fully prepare and provide the best experience for your pet. I live in an apartment with a secure balcony, a dog park, and a safe, walkable neighborhood with night lighting for added visibility during walks. The building also has secured cameras at the entrance for an extra layer of safety. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I ensure pets are always supervised, comfortable, and following their usual routines for feeding, exercise, and rest.
