About: I graduated with my associate in Veterinary technology in 2022. I have taken care of and worked with all breeds of dogs and cats. I’ll give all of them the same love and care as I give my own. I am currently working full time 8-5. Depending on your animals schedules and your requirements I will feed them and walk them bright and early make sure they got all the early morning energy out before I’d need to head out to work. Will clean up any mess if any was made in the process. After work I will go straight to check on the animal and do the same as in the morning feed, walk and play. If your pet is taking medication I will make sure to give it the right amount and at the right time. If you don’t have a fenced in yard I will also make sure I leash them can never be too safe.

About: I have been an animal lover since I was young child. I even save bugs stuck inside! I have lifelong experience providing care to all sorts of pets including rodents, dogs and cats, both inside and outside. I have very strong beliefs about taking care of animals. I feel we are blessed to have animals in our lives and should treat them with love and dignity. I highly value kindness and compassion towards humans and animals alike. I am a very patient and loving person. I enjoy spreading that love and patience to all animals. I have owned 2 dogs, both of which with severe anxiety and leash reactivity. I met with a dog trainer and learned specific ways to help dogs dealing with those. I love to be outside and walk, especially with a dog. Exercise is so important to animals. I would adore getting to know your pets! I will give them all the snuggles they deserve! During the summer, I am available almost all of the time, even on the weekends. I am a teacher so, once school starts back in the fall, I will still be an active pet-care giver, but unfortunately my schedule will change. I am not able, at this time, to care for pets at my own home. I am MORE than happy to come to your home, walk your dog, and feed and give water to your pets.

About: I LOVE dogs and cats! Growing up, my family always had big dogs and fluffy cats around the house; so throughout my life I have gained experience caring for puppies and kittens all the way up to seniors. I adore dogs of all sizes, but big dogs will always have a special place in my heart. We owned a Rottie/Lab mix, a Great Dane, an English Mastiff, Boxer, and various Doodle breeds. We also had 3 Ragdoll cats. I currently have 3 Domestic Short and Long haired cats of my own with my fiancé and I love them dearly; but I really miss having a dog around the house. Helping people care for pets on here seemed like the perfect way to help me hang with pups! I frequently assist my friends and family with pet sitting, dog walking, and caring for their animals while they are away. Outside of animals, I work for The Department of State as a Legal Assistant and sit for 8 hours a day at a desk. Taking a dog on a nice walk or having a play session with pets sounds like a very pleasant way for me spend my time after sitting in an office all day. I also love to read, cook/bake, do yoga, play video games, and play softball on my women’s community team! I’m currently working a full time office job from 7:30am to 4:00pm, so I can be available on weekdays any time after 4:30pm or early in the morning . I can be available anytime on weekends with enough notice to plan. As much as I would love to help people board their pets, I can’t given the size of my apartment. My home is just for me and my cats :)

About: Taking care of dogs and cats has been my specialty since I was a child! I have had 8 dogs of all kinds, as well as 10 cats, not including my grandmother’s. My family and neighbors would trust me to feed and water their pets while they were away. I am great at crating puppies and socializing feral/young kittens. It’s always a pleasure to brush or bathe pets depending on their size! I am working a part-time job at Petsmart so my day is already filled with furry faces! But I will still have plenty of days where I can come take care of your puppy or kitty! My schedules are usually two weeks out so I have plenty of notice of when I am free. About: Hello my name is Thayer and I my whole life is about dogs! I currently own two puppies, Sippy is a mixed breed husky, the baby of the bunch is Cheech and she is a mixed lab. I have an associates in Veterinary Science, I am working on my bachelors in Criminal Justice, before going to to obtain my Masters in Veterinary Forensics. All of these are to help me in my future career as a humane officer. Humane Officers’ primary purpose is to investigate allegations of animal abuse and ensure pets are well cared for and protected. I want to spend my life helping dogs feel safe and well cared for even when their owners are away. I have worked at various dog boarding/daycare facilities in the area, alongside multiple dog/cat rescues, and had the amazing opportunity to work for the ASPCA at their headquarters’ clinic. Through these experiences I have taken care of all types of dogs and cats. Some medical issues I’ve dealt with were seizures, diabetes, blindness, deafness, blind/deaf, heat sensitivity, the elderly pups, couple hour old puppies, and the mamas to the pups. I also have lots of experience with dogs with other behaviors such as, fear aggression, reactivity, dog aggression, people (stranger) aggression, men aggression, handling issues, and much more. No dog is ever too difficult to handle and you should be able to go on that vacation not feeling stressed about your pup. I want to help your pup feel right at home when you’re gone or help them get their energy out on a walk. Can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies!!! I am currently going to school full time and working on the weekends. I am off Sundays and am home everyday no later than 2pm. I am trying to save money for college. Dog Boarding: 1 mile walk daily, daily fetch and/or tug game, daily bedtime kong, stays longer than 4 days get a free bath and nail clipping/Dremmel, if dog allows. If asked I also offer training aka reviewing already learned commands, dog enrichment games (such as snuffle matts), and daily brushouts. House Sitting: 2-3 daily walks, daily fetch and/or tug game, scooping yard after each potty, cleaning your dog bowls inbetween meals, and stays longer than 4 days get a free nail clipping/Dremmel, if dog allows. If asked I also offer training aka reviewing already learned commands, dog enrichment games (such as snuffle matts), and daily brushouts. Doggy Daycare: I like to start each day with a mile walk all together. Then one on one playtime with my pup(s), if wanted. If you want your pup to have doggy playtime, they will have “cool down” times throughout the day. If a repeat client I offer a free bath every 3rd completed daycare day and free nail clipping/dremmel once a month (as needed), if dog allows. Dog Walking: I provide treats and will reward the dog with a treat when not pulling, so we can walk more safely and efficiently. If I notice the dog’s leash is connected to a collar or harness that is too loose, I may ask if I may tighten it. I do not feel comfortable walking dogs with items that they can easily slip, and may decline an offer, if one is not willing to tighten it. I want all the dogs I walk to be completely safe and not be able to slip out and run. Rates do not go up if dog pulls, is reactive, or dog/ stranger aggressive.

About: I’m one of the only people that could take care of my one friends dog because it was very mean. I stay at peoples house to watch their pets or just stop in throughout the day. I currently work full time, I go before work and then after work. If I’m not staying the night I go again before bed time. If I’m staying I go after work and then either get dinner or make dinner then stay for the night. When I’m taking care of others pets I do as if they are my own. I make sure they are happy, healthy, eating, drinking and doing their business. If something seems off I will inform the client to make sure it is normal for them. I want the clients to feel comfortable and sure their pets are being cared for while they are away.
