Lots of cuddling and belly rubs were doled out; she also appeared to have a better appetite and slept like a baby. They really took the time to show us around where he would be staying and getting to know him and his schedule/tendencies/etc. We felt very comfortable leaving him with them and they were so genuine with their care! I appreciated Lisa's willingness to spend time with my dog, prior to boarding beginning. Lisa has a playful and affectionate manner that my dog immediately responded to.
