About: I have never NOT had dogs in my life. My entire childhood included dogs. It was our German Shepherd, Dolly, who helped me learn to walk. As an adult, I have always had a fur baby or two. My current job provides me with open weekends. With my family now living out of the area, I have great availability, as well as flexibility. Whether it’s playtime or cuddles, I will do whatever it takes to make your dog(s) happy and provide you with peace of mind and no worries.

About: I have 2 Miniature Schnauzers that are spoiled to the core. I have years of experience with dogs, cats, and birds. I am a former pet store owner and a deep love for all critters. I am a house Wife/Grandma. Love of all creatures with years of experience. My 2 boys are very social and loving. I offer a safe loving place for all pets. I will watch birds and other critters. I own my house with doggie doors and fenced in yard. Safe place for all pets to stay. I am trustworthy and honest. You won't find a more loving caregiver then me.

About: A Home Away from Home for Your Beloved Pet Animals have always been at the center of my life. I’m the kind of person you’ll see pulled over on the side of the road, coaxing a frightened or injured animal to safety. Caring for animals isn't just something I do—it's who I am. When one of my dogs developed severe arthritis and could no longer enjoy walks, I repurposed a wagon and some old downhill skis into a sled so she could still take in the fresh air and sights of winter. That’s the kind of care and creativity I bring to every animal in my life. Your pet will be treated like family here. Whether they’re most comfortable relaxing in a private room or hanging out with the rest of us in the house, we make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. If your pet prefers some solo R&R, we absolutely respect that too. For peace of mind, I use a pet camera so I can keep an eye on things throughout the day—and I’m happy to share photos and updates with you during their stay. With hands-on experience in animal shelters, rescues, and private training facilities, I’m confident working with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. My background has also given me extensive knowledge of animal health, medications, and disease management. If your pet requires medication or has special health needs, you can trust that they’re in capable hands. Thank you! I work full-time but come home for lunch. So your pet wouldn't wait more than 4 hours to be let out. We spend alot of time outside, like to go for walks or just relax in the backyard. I have a large fenced in backyard providing lots of room to run and play. I have a entire room dedicated to the pets that stay over if they need some quiet alone time. They are welcome to be in the house with the rest if my family but have the option to have their space as well.

About: I absolutely love animals and would be happy to meet your pet and take care of him/her. I have lived with everything from huskies to geckos so I know my fair share around animals. Additionally, I previously volunteered at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, at which I worked in the wildlife department to help care for the animals and spent time in college handling wild animals. I have dealt with many incidents involving my dog so am prepared to jump into action if they get into trouble. I am young so long walks are no problem. My current experience for sitting pets has been with dogs, cats, goats, tortoises, chickens, and fish. As a fellow animal lover, I know how important a pet can be. He/she is a family member, and that is why I will give him/her the attention and love they deserve while you are away. Whether going on a walk in the park to discover new scents, or comforting your pet during a thunder storm, I will be as responsive to his/her needs as if the pet were my own. Additional Update: I spent 8 months working at an Emergency Veterinary Clinic where I learned a great deal about working with dogs/cats and am able to perform basic CPR should your pet require it. I work from home (teaching online) so my schedule is rather flexible. I have availability during the day to drop-in or take your pet on a walk. I have reliable transportation that also accommodates pet travel. I always keep safety in mind when taking care of another living creature, and have experience with environmental concerns like skunks, traffic, and even other dogs. My wildlife knowledge also plays into this as taking a pet to a park can sometimes mean stumbling into a predator. My experience working at a Veterinary Clinic expanded my skills and knowledge of dogs and cats alike.
