About: I was raised by a veterinarian and have had pets as long as I can remember. Family had at least five dogs at any given time during my childhood. I have experience with many different breeds, from high-need designer breeds to nearly feral dogs rescued by my mother. When I was older, my parents raised and bred English bulldogs. I am familiar with and love puppies at every stage! I have done medications of all kinds including IV’s for dogs with special needs such as kidney problems, dysplasia, and skin issues. I also know how to handle basic emergency care such as bee stings or upset stomachs. I also have experience with hamsters, birds, fish, horses, cats, rabbits, lizards - just about everything. I work from home so I am able to schedule pet sitting any time. My dogs will stay at my house with my partner, Caleb, the guy on the right in my picture. As long as I have wifi I can dogsit wherever, whenever. Your dog makes the rules - I’m just there to help. I will pay attention to your dog and make sure it’s using the bathroom when it wants to, it’s playing when it wants to, and that it’s having fun and feels comfortable.
About: I previously graduated from an AVMA accredited college with a degree in veterinary technology and I have worked with animals for over 15 years. I’m happy to walk slow for older or medically fragile dogs and have no problem administering medications, including pills, injections, fluids, etc as needed. I will treat your pet with love and respect as if they were my own. I am trained in animal CPR. I carry dog treats with me to help with warm-up periods but I'm happy to refrain if a special diet is required. I’m happy to do a meet and greet with you to ease your mind about leaving your loved-one with someone else. All your pup needs for an overnight stay is food and something that smells like home to ease anxiety. I am now home full time so your pet will always have company with me. Thank you for reading and i can’t wait to meet your pet! I have an established routine already with my own pup and can adjust as needed! We are early risers and make caring for pets our priority. I have a fenced yard and a very friendly dog named Luna to keep your pet company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I utilize baby gates in my home to keep doors inaccessible to dogs who are a run risk.
“My pups had a great day with Genae. She has a nice big fenced yard which they enjoyed playing in with her little dogs. She always responded quickly to communication. She is kind, attentive & loving with the pups in her care.”
“Jessie is very accommodating. She’s very good with communicating and sending pictures. Cleo was in very good spirits when I got her back and she was very tired because she just played the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Fair price, good communication and overall really good with animals.”

“Teagan was great! She was able to pick my baby up (since I work so early) making is easier on me and Yecca. She kept me informed. Yecca had plenty of attention and was able to roam outside. I felt completely comfortable leaving her with Teagan for the day and plan to use her many more times. You can tell she is a genuine person and caring which is the main thing I look for.”

“Lorrie has a large beautiful fenced in property with lots of space for dogs to safely roam and play. Her home is warm and welcoming with toys and different areas to hang out. Lorrie has great communication. My dogs came home happy, calm and tired.”

“Jennifer was able to work with my long hour work schedule and picked up right away when I texted. That’s a big thing for me cause my hours are difficult to find someone. She kept me updated as well and took good care of my baby.”

“Alison is a natural caregiver of animals. She willingly able to accommodate my urgent situation for caring for my little Labrador, Tekla. It was a wonderful experience and I was able to be gone all day with confidence that Tekla was in good hands accompanied by multiple photos of Tekla having a good day at Alison’s pet resort.”

About: Kevin, Twig and I love meeting new friends, playing, and going on adventures. We have so much love to share with your furry family member! We adopted our best friend from a shelter in 2018. Our family goes on excursions every day. Whether its roller skating, river walks, dog parks, or hiking, we stay active until we crash in a puddle of cuddles. We have cared for dogs with special needs that include unique diets, medication administration, and behavioral concerns. We look forward to supporting and getting to know you and your fluff ball. We are able to take as much time as your dog needs to socialize and get their wiggles out. We usually have a long activity in the morning, then we come home for some breakfast and a nap. We take several 15-20 minute walks through out the day and we play games in our backyard to keep our minds busy. We are huge animal nerds that can't wait to invite another friend into our hearts. Our house is very dog friendly. We will be sure to keep you updated on how your doggo is feeling. For the safety of your dog and ours, we are not able to watch dogs with open wounds that are unprotected. We are also unable to watch dogs with spreadable illnesses or bug infestations.
“Jenni is great! We came in from out of town for a few days and wanted to hike at a nearby National Park that doesn't allow dogs on the trails. Jenni was fantastic at accommodating our schedule and making me feel at ease leaving our sweet pup with her. She texted me updates and a picture, and we all had a great day. Thanks so much!”

“Luna was so happy to stay here for doggy day care! Kelly was a great communicator, answered all my questions, and sent many updates with photos during the day. Definitely recommend!”

“I've never had anyone care for our high energy giant puppy, and was really worried about how he would do. Ashley was so kind, reassuring and patient with him! So thankful it worked out, she eased a stressful day when we needed help, knowing that Cooper was taken care of!”

About: I have had a dog since I was born. I started caring for my dog by the age of five. Then, I did overnights with a diabetic dog, with whom I had to administer medicine. Now, I have two dogs of my own who are very special. I currently work from home, so pet care fits in seamlessly with my routine. I also have a fenced-in yard, so potty breaks can be taken frequently. I am very attentive with care for pets in my home, and I’m my clients home. I always ensure there is fresh food and water. I make sure they have toys or chew toys to keep them occupied. I am always available to take time to play, and go on potty breaks.

About: I have taken care of dogs most of my life. I find that life is better with animals in your life. I have experience with caring for newborn puppies as well as geriatric dogs and training puppies as well as more hyper breeds. I have provided skin and wound care as well as grooming to many different breeds. I am a parent and a student with a great amount of flexibility during the week. I have time to feed, walk and play with your dog or cat as well as visit for longer periods. In my clients home I would be sure to keep doors closed and fences locked so that animals can’t escape. With the Redding Heat I would be mindful that animals are only able to be outside for certain short parts of the day. When watching dogs I make sure to run them outside and give them plenty of fresh water throughout the day. I make sure their potty breaks aren’t too far apart and that they get plenty of attention while I’m there.
About: Please note: I do not provide services to those who use choke chains, prong collars, electronic shock collars, or any other aversive dog training tool. While walking your dog, I will always make sure that safety is a priority. I will only walk routes approved by the owner and will make sure yo update you with pictures. I currently have open availability and can do any day and time for drop offs and pick ups for boarding and day care visits. If you would like me to pick up you pup, I require an additional fee of $25 I strictly follow the owner’s expectations for how to care for their pet. It is important to me that when the owners leave their pets in my care, they feel a sense safety and know that their pets are good hands so they can relax while they are away. I like to take many photos of the furry friends and send them to their owners so the owners are reassured their pets are well and having fun while they are away.
