Unfortunately one of our cats made a mess and Marisa went above and beyond to clean the area/carpet. Marissa is very responsive and we will absolutely be using her for all our future pet sitting needs!
Nicole was fantastic! She went above and beyond with both myself and my cat. She scheduled a Meet & Greet before I left to get the lay of the land and meet my kitty. She truly has a heart for animals and so much knowledge. It takes a special person to “know cats” and Nicole gets it. She spent so much time during her visits to spend time with my cat, she didn’t just stop in and feed him and leave. Also, it’s worth noting that we had a major snowstorm here (more than we have had in YEARS) and she still found a way to get here twice a day in the weather to make sure my cat was cared for. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend her to anyone and will tell all my friends to use her as well. She’s a gem!
