About: I've been caring for dogs and cats since I was in college, but my love for animals started much earlier—I grew up in a home filled with both. Over the years, I've provided pet care for neighbors, friends, and family, treating each pet like my own. I enjoy giving animals the attention they deserve, whether that means going for a walk, playing their favorite game, or just curling up for a good cuddle. I truly love spending time with pets and take pride in creating a safe, loving environment for them when their humans are away. I'm currently working part-time and will have plenty of love and affection for your special pet. I'm available to board dogs on the weekends and provide drop-in visits to cats and dogs during weekdays. When boarding your dog in my home, you can rest assured they’ll be welcomed into a safe, loving environment. I have a friendly, well-socialized dog who enjoys the company of other dogs and makes a great playmate. Your dog will receive warm affection, plenty of attention, and will never be left feeling lonely. I’ll take them on leashed walks in my yard and around the neighborhood to keep them active and happy. If you prefer your dog to be crated, I’m happy to follow your routine to make them feel secure and at ease. My goal is to make your pup feel right at home!

“Amanda was absolutely FANTASTIC with our 75lb Newfy Doodle! This was our first time leaving our dog with someone besides family and we couldn't have asked for it to go better. Amanda had her for 10 days. She is great with daily communication. Including pics of our girl playing, napping, going on walks, little snippets of her day, etc. She is very knowledgable with dogs and you can absolutely tell she is a dog lover. About: I pride myself in making sure your pet gets the enrichment they need. As well as creating a comfortable environment for them. They will get all their walkies, and treats! I usually am up by 8am. First things I do is make sure my animals are fed and they can get their days started. Then I clean around to make sure I change toy placements to create more stimulation. I make sure my animals are first in my daily routine. I usually get started with my day after I make sure they are okay. I let my cats wonder through out the house. I avoid leaving the bathrooms open, but they do have bathroom times when humans are in there. For whatever reason they think I am going to fall into the toilet, and or a shower monster is out to get me. I also have some outside time for my cats, with leashes. If any of my dog friends come over, I have a fenced in yard for them to roam around in, as well as living around friendly trails to walk on.
