“We were going to be gone for 2 weeks and were so concerned about what to do with our senior dog while we were gone. Thank goodness we found Kathy! She and her husband are wonderful. Moose was in kind and competent hands so we were able to enjoy our long vacation. Kathy sent us updates and photos everyday. She made sure that our puppy felt comfortable and happy. He is on multiple medications, but since she is a nurse, this was no problem. We can not express what a comfort it is to know that we have someone to leave our dog with that cares about him as much as we do! We definitely will leave Moose with Kathy on our next trip away from home.”

Just before I dropped her off, Madi had been scratching and developed an issue with her eye pressure and had to start eye drops. Francis welcomed her with open arms. A few days into her stay, Madi needed a follow-up vet visit, and Francis took her in and handled everything—including her meds and eye drops—with so much care and attention. Madi is also on heart meds and requires extra support, and Francis went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after. She sent me daily updates and photos of her relaxing on the couch or exploring her big backyard, which gave me so much peace of mind. I knew Madi was in loving, capable hands. Francis is kind, thoughtful, and clearly has a huge heart for animals—she had a senior dog herself so she understands. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Madi stay with Francis again.
