“I would definitely book with Jack again. He was accommodating and professional, so easy to work with. I was fostering a 4-month-old shepherd mix that was rescued from a very abusive situation in El Paso, TX. Thora was transported to Milwaukee and only fostered with me for a week when I found out that my remote status was abruptly ending that following week. Since she was just starting to come out of her shell, I didn’t want to leave her in a crate all day while I was at work. So, I turned to Rover! Jack lives nearby and with her abuser having been a male, I liked the idea of doggy daycare with a man so she could experience proper treatment from a male caretaker. He responded to my request right away and when we arrived for the meet-and-greet, Thora instantly took to Jack; there was no hesitation or fear. Jack was responsive and communicative all week, didn’t have any issues. Thora was rescued in rough shape. She was extremely underweight even for a puppy, so I was very specific and detailed about her meals and potty schedule and Jack stayed on top of it. I received updates throughout the day as well as pictures. Many of the pix were of Thora napping or lounging next to Jack; she was so comfortable there. He works remotely and took Thora to a nearby park on his lunch breaks. He taught her to play catch and sent me some footage for her online adoption bio. I watched Thora’s confidence grow under Jack’s care; it was great to see. She’d get so excited when we arrived at his home every morning. I’m so glad Jack was available that week; it worked out great for Thora. Thank you, Jack!”

About: My husband and I have had several pets throughout the years. We’ve owned rabbits, cats, birds and dogs. Currently we have one dog we adopted from the humane society. All of our dogs have been rescues. We enjoy providing a good home to animals. We care for our daughter’s dogs when she is out of town. We look forward to meeting new furry friends. I’m at home daily so I am able to care for your pets as needed throughout the day. My husband is home in the evenings and will be able to provide walks for the dogs. We have a large fenced in back yard for your pet to play and explore. We only care for two dogs at a time as we have a dog of our own.

About: I have been taking care of ALL types of animals for 40+ years, but my favorites are cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes. It makes my soul happy 😊 I am ready to love your fur baby as if it is my own! Throughout my life, I’ve owned just about every type of furry and not so furry animal you can imagine. Taking care of animals is what I’m passionate about. I can work pretty much any request into my daily schedule as long as I have proper notice. About: I have had animals since I was young, so I understand a lot of animal behaviors and personalities. I am a go-to pet sitter for my family and friends because my love for animals is so visible and recognized. I am not one to get upset if an animal has an undesirable behavior, instead I remain calm and try to understand. I love every animal I meet, even those I never will. My goal is to make sure everyone feels comfortable, safe, and definitely spoiled. I will be going back to school in the fall and will be working part time, but I would love spending my free time and nights with animals! I have a small/medium terrier mix and two cats at home. I have two different housing options I can bring pets to. One house, where my animals live, that has a fenced in yard (in Greendale) and another house that has no animals (in Muskego), but no fenced in yard. My dog has issues with dogs that are bigger than him, he may feel threatened and lash out. However, he likes dogs that are smaller or the same size as him. My dog is able to spend time at the other house if there would be a problem or I can just bring the pet I’m watching to the other house all together. The cats, however, stay at the house in Greendale.

About: In my personal home, I have raised 2 dogs and 3 cats to adulthood while maintaining a full time job and ensuring quality sanitation standards (nobody wants a smell house!). Because 4/5 animals were rescued, each animal came with something unique from joint issues to surgical post-care considerations to dental care to medications. Additionally, I have experience with various breeds, outside my personal household, including Shih Tzus, Pitbull mixes, Dachshunds, Huskies, and various cat breeds. See photos. From breeds that pull, triggered by small mammals or other dogs, medical exceptions, jumping, etc. I’ve had a lot of experience under my belt with dogs and cats. I’d love to demonstrate my quality care and passion for animal care. I currently work from home full-time. I am available to doggy daycare during the day and drops ins during the late afternoon/evening. I am usually available. Feel free to send a request! I have a partially fenced in yard that is perfect for smaller/medium breeds dogs to actively play. My corgi is crate trained and used a crate for his comfort. I am more than welcome to accommodate an additional crate, I have spares. My dogs roam freely amongst the cats, but the cats have the option of isolating completely at any point to safe spaces for their safety and the dogs.

The pandemic limited my ability pet sit as often as use to, but now I can get back to doing what I love! I have been pet sitting for more than 10 years and I worked in veterinary medicine for 4+ years, which allows me to provide quality care at an affordable rate. I currently work from home, Monday through Friday, which is great for any pet owners that need daycare and/or overnight boarding. I feel it is very important to do meet and greets so we can determine if our pets will do well with each other in my home. I would appreciate a meet and greet within 5-7 days of the stay. I also required the pets are up to date on rabies, bordetella, DHPP, and flea/tick prevention. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! I have been given the privilege of working from home so that makes it easier to be more accommodating for pet owners who need care throughout the work week. I am also completely free on weekends. I live in an apartment that has private entry which makes it easier to take dogs out whenever they need a bathroom break. I also have a lot of walking space and the area is very dog friendly.
