About: Hello, My name is Lesa. I am a dog and cat groomer who also has experience with wildlife rehab. I have owned dogs and cats my whole life; along with some reptiles, small mammals, and livestock. I have no problem with your animals size, big or small, I love them all. I currently have one dog: Priscilla- who is a 50lb Standard Poodle. I also own four cats. I just turned my Rover back on as I moved Seminole from Moore and wanted time to settle in and learn the area. I look forward to meeting both you and you animal. I also own a dog and four cats, a snake, a Syrian Hamster, and a horse so I’m constantly working with animals whether it is my own or a clients. When it comes to my personal animals, everyone is fed twice a day. Dry food in the morning and wet food at night for some extra water intake. Litter box is scooped every night. My dog goes to work with me to play with some of the other groomers dogs or clients that don’t mind their dogs playing, so she gets a lot of exercise every day. Cats are usually given some toys or puzzles during the day. My Syrian hamster is fed once in the evening and gets free roam time in a secure room whenever he naturally wakes up. Snake gets misted twice a day and fresh water since he eats once every 10-14 days. Horse gets worked at least once a day while we are training her.

About: I've had dogs all throughout my life. I am very passionate about animal care and recently received my certification in veterinary assistance. I am canine and feline CPR/first aid trained. I have fostered many animals in my home, and have taken care of family friends' pets while on vacation. I love all animals and am a quick learner! My schedule is very flexible at the moment. I can work weekdays, weekends, whatever is needed! Days, nights, long weekends, it all works for me. If there are any special care instructions I will follow them to a T. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kinds since I was 11. I have multiple people who have relied on me to dogsit for them. I have plenty of time every day to dog sit, walk, play and check on dogs of any breed. I am available everyday of the week I have an apartment that has a dog park where i can take them atleast 3 times of the day for an hour or two, to run and play and eat. I also have a trail right behind me where I take my own for a walk so that will be included, I can also provide toys, food I can do it from 7am to 3 on mondays, wednesdays thursdays. “Gabriel was an absolute lifesaver! We were visiting from out of town and hit a major snag when our hotel backed out of a promised late checkout. Gabriel stepped in last minute on a holiday weekend without hesitation. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind and patient with my dog, Maggie, who is usually very skittish around strangers. He went above and beyond, taking her for a walk during the few hours he watched her, and sent frequent updates and photos that completely eased my mind. About: My motto is that it's my responsibility to make sure that each dog feels the most comfortable, loved, and most importantly safe in the short time I have them. Every day that I'm with your pup, I keep that motto at the forefront of my mind. I know how important dogs are to our lives, so it's my duty to make sure that your pup gets to experience the same kind of love and care that they're used to at home. I'm an out of state college student who has three larger dog breeds at home that I miss so much. And I’ve grown up around dogs all my life so making pups as happy as I can and taking care of them just come second nature for me! Although I've been a lifelong dog lover, my experience with pups is much more far-reaching than that. I recently have over 2 years of volunteering experience at a no-kill animal shelter called “City of Norman Animal Welfare” and I’m hoping to take my lived experience and activism with animals into a summer job. I've worked with dogs big and small and loved taken care of all of them equally. I've also been trained in Pet First Aid and am experienced administering medication. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It's a great way to make sure that we're all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup, their needs, and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it's always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs!! like to get down on their level to show them that I'm a welcome presence here to make friends, and I'm sure we'll be best buddies in no time at all. I know how difficult it is to be away from your best friend, so communication is the name of my game. I'll make sure to send plenty of regular updates with accompanying pictures so you can see just how much fun your pup and I are having together <3 Note: Might do cats in the future, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve grown allergic so Benadryl is a must. I am currently working an internship at a museum with very flexable hours for the summer giving me lots of time to play and walk your pups! With the internship I just need to work 12 hours a week but can come and go from the museum as I like and can take an hour off for lunch, work only 2 days a week, only work early mornings, it is truely amazing having such an independent schedule, which is why I thought dog sitting & walking would be a great idea. Would love to do boarding/doggy daycare, like I said in my bio, I miss my dogs at home so much so giving some weekend love to yours won’t be a problem. But I do live in an apartment and having any animal for longer than a week without having them registered with the building would be against my lease, so I cannot do super long sleepovers :( My entire apartment complex is fenced in but because theres other people they would be on a leash, but theres PLENTY of grass to go potty and frolic. We also have a large yard in the center of the apartment complex where they can run and stretch their legs off leash. While all dogs are outside on or off leash they will NEVER leave my sight regardless of have a history of running away or not. Love playing fetch with dogs and rewarding good behavoir with lots of treats. (Dietary concerns considered) I drive a toyota highlander SUV with plenty of space for transporting your pups and making sure they’re secure and totally safe. Just like watching your dogs transporting them should be done with the utmost care and I have a squeaky clean drivng record. I currently do not have a crate at my apartment, but dogs generally feel most comfortable in their own bedding especially in a new unfamilar environment, if you’d allow me to bring it from your home and return it with your pet. There’s plenty of space in the apartment, but I’d only sit about three large dogs at a time to allow plenty of playtime space or incase they get the zoomies. Dog beds or crates can be in the livingroom or my bedroom wherever your pet is most comfortable sleeping. I am also comfortable washing dogs after having multiple sessions with them to gauge temperment. A lot of dogs get anxious with baths and I am more then comfortable handling that and have multiple times in the past, but I do not need to put myself in harms way dealing with aggressive untrained dogs. Nonetheless I understand that for a lot of middle aged dog parents bathing dogs is tedious and can hurt your back, so I am happy to provide a clean pup for an additional tip! (Skin concerns considered with products used)

About: I started volunteering at veterinary clinics in middle school because I’ve always had such a big heart for serving and caring for animals. I rescued my terrier/lab mix as a puppy, and she is very lovable and fully convinced she’s human. I’ve also grown up caring for very large family dogs, from Great Pyrenees and pit bulls to golden retrievers, so I truly love pets of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels! I also have experience caring for cats, birds, guinea pigs, and other pets through both personal experience and helping family and friends with their animals. As a recent OU graduate and former collegiate cheerleader, I’m dependable, active, and love giving pets lots of attention, care, playtime, and exercise. I’ll always treat your pets like they’re my own! During the summer, I’ll be dedicating my time, energy, and lots of love to caring for your pets! I recently graduated from OU, so before starting my full-time career, I’m excited to spend my days giving pets the attention, playtime, exercise, and care they deserve. My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to be dependable, attentive, and fully present for your pets throughout the day.
