House Sitting in Macomb

About: I'm a cat-care expert. I moved to Macomb from Seattle where I catsat for over 50 clients, and I am now taking new clients here. I'm a cat-lover to the bone. I have four kitties of my own right now and have always had cats. I foster kittens for the McDonough County Humane Society. I'd love to be your catsitter. I'm honest, respectful, a great communicator, and a retired professional who now makes her living as an author (Catsitter Mysteries!). I can spot a hairball at a hundred paces, and I have over 40 years of experience with litter boxes. I have experience giving all kinds of medicine to cats (pills, liquid, salve, subcutaneous fluids, and shots). I have bottle-fed kittens. (In the interest of transparency, I do not have official training as a vet tech.) My schedule is extremely flexible. Recently, I needed someone to care for my cats while I was on a trip, and I realized how much stress it caused me. I was so worried about who would care for them. I'd like to relieve this stress for others and make going away more peaceful. If you have a dog or other animal that also needs care, we can discuss whether I'm able to provide what you need. Due to home responsibilities, I'm not available until 9am. OVERNIGHTS. For overnight stays, I'll be at your place all night and most of the day. I will have to leave for a little while to take care of my own kitties. I work remotely from 11am to 5:30pm, so I will be working in your home for a portion of the day. [WINTER CAVEAT: In terrible road conditions, I may have a hard time getting to your home. I will do my best, and I will work with you to give your pets extra food and water so they can weather a longer time alone. I will keep an eye on the forecast for you and will let you know if there's a chance something might come up. Thank you so much for understanding! (Note, this especially applies if you live somewhere off the main roads.)] I work from home, so my hours are very flexible. I can match your cat's medication or meal schedule, spend the night if you want someone there for them, and do up to four visits per day, either 30 or 60 minutes each. I will treat your home like my own and respect both your privacy and your wishes. I cannot care for your pet in my own home unless it is in a cage, crate, or otherwise contained.

About: I will ensure your pet has proper care from food, water, playtime, walks, and just a general well being, I know how to administer medicine as well. I work from home, so your pet will have a constant presence in the house, never alone, so my schedule is open always for your pets I provide your pets everything you ask me to, nothing will be given to your pets without your permission, they will have a cozy stay with me whether it’s drop ins or boarding

About: I have had different animals while growing up, primarily dogs and cats. And I have experience with large dogs as well. I’ve also helped friends and family with watching their animals. I have a flexible schedule that allows me the freedom to help take care of other animals. I should not have a problem having time to help with your pets needs. I will be able to help pet sit, dog walk, and care for your animals needs so you don’t have to worry about them being taken care of.
