About: I've had pets all my life. They are family and I treat them as such. Your pet will be well care for under my watch. I am retired now. I'm looking for a fulfilling way to make extra money doing something I love. Why not care for another's pet daily. I can only come to the pet's residence. Since I am a cat owner, I understand that they need to be in their own environment. Also, I'm not sure how my cat would act if I brought your pooch to stay for the day. I have no problem caring for your pet in their own environment.

About: I grew up taking care of cats, dogs, rabbits, horses and everything in between. I raised two English Labrador Retrievers from puppy to adult. I have had cats and dogs with special needs. So I am confortable and knowledgeable on the different care that both may need and require. I have experience with small and large breed dogs as well as dogs that have behavior and anxiety issues. I have been a stay at home mom for many years and my last child is about to graduate and go off to college. I have a lot of free time and I am very flexible during the day. I know how stressful it can be to trust your pet with a stranger. I also know how stressful it can be on your pet. I want to work to make you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible. I don't want them to be anxious or afraid. I want them to feel safe at all times. I want to build that trust with them. Please let me let know if your dog or cat has an special needs, injuries, behavioral issues, medical conditions or any other physical issues. I have had dogs that have had cancer and needed wound care to a diabetic dog that required shots twice a day. I am happy to accomodate any issue and help your cat or dog be their best, healthiest, happiest and safest self. I also feel strongly about connecting with you, the owner, and will follow and reinforce how you interact and do things at your home. I will follow all rules and special instructions to insure that you and your dog/cat feel comfortable and safe.

About: Animals have been so much the center of my life that I made it my career! I am a professional dog trainer with an education through Jean Donaldson's Academy for Dog Trainer's. Let me bring that experience to carrying for your best friend's when you need a set of extra hands. I have loved and cared for pets my entire life! Growing up we had cats, dogs, birds and lizards. Currently I have two Great Pyrenees and one cat of great personaity. They have been my guides in the wonderful world of clicker training. Ghost, my rescue dog, has given me a lot of experience with anxious, sensitive dogs that need a little more time and care. Where as Nanuk has shown me how to handle dogs with a ton of drive and intelligence. And how to harness that despite physical limitations. And my cat... well, he comes running whenever I get the treat bag and clicker and has his own variation on all the dogs tricks. ;) I look forward to meeting your pets and seeing what I can learn from them! I am currently working part time and happy to work with you on scheduling. My husband is also retired which allows me a lot of flexibility for being away from home I do not care for client pets in my home. When is someone else's home I will do my best to continue your pet's usual routine while you are away.

Dog walks, feedings, I accept all pets (hamsters, ducks, chickens, birds, dogs, cats, fish to name a few) OPEN AVAILABILITY. I am available everyday and even accept last minute bookings! I can be available even with a couple hours notice. I am available for any length of visits. Vacation sitting, long weekends, holidays, etc. I will follow your guidelines and exact instructions for your pet. Dog walks require a leash or I can play with your dog in your fenced in yard. About: I love all types of pets!!! Summer is coming up and a lot of people are going on vacation, if you need a caring trustworthy sitter I’m the one for you. I do currently work in health care, so I do work sometimes. Which this is something that works around my schedule well because I’m not at work all the time. About: At one point my family had four dogs at once, so it’s no surprise that I am a dog person. I recently rescued a kitten (Kumo) so now I have cat experience. I am available most weekends including most holidays. I’m also open to a “meet and greet” if you’d like. I can run with your dog and know enough about pet care to recognize when they are tired, thirsty, hungry, or just bored. I can adjust our activities based on their preference. I think it’s important to get to know your dog! I would like to take them to the parks if that is their thing! If not, we can play at home or walk the neighborhood. Either way, I am so excited to work with you and your dog(s)! I will work out a schedule depending on your specific needs and my availability. Over night stays are my most commonly booked service. Please set clear expectations concerning times spent at your home. I am comfortable walking all sizes of dogs! Please give me details on their behavior, usual routes, and destination. I’ve taken previous Rover booking to the dog park in my car.

About: As a child, I attended an obedience class with my first rottweiler. That class supplied me with a foundational knowledge of dog training. Additionally, it strengthened and solidifed my ability to have patience with dogs and to meet them where they are in regards to behavior. I have pet sat for family members and taken care of my own pets from a young age. While pet sitting, I take pride in treating the animals as if they were my own. I prioritize their feeding and exercise needs while trying my best to provide emotional support to them while their family is gone. Aside from that, I have over a year of work experience in an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant. I am responsible for a plethora of tasks including restraining dogs for vaccinations, exams, and treatment, setting up surgery packs for procedures, ensuring exam rooms are clean and at an excellent standard for patients, and handling animals with care and respect in their last moments. With the last responsibility, being there for pet owners who may have tough decisions to make or who are coping with the loss of their pet is another important aspect of my job. My schedule at the animal hospital is dependent on the season and how many staff members are available. As of now, I find myself free at least a few afternoons a week, most weekday nights, and with flexible weekend availability. As I look to transition into a more consistent role, my availability may shift. In my clients homes, I ensure the environment is clean and secure. I respect my clients and their wishes in how I care for their pets. If crating is something preferred, I make sure to do that. However, I prefer to be with the pet as much as possible so they do not have to be crated for long periods of time if I can help it. In prioritizing the pets safety, I also make sure be aware of my surroundings and the dogs' boundaries or personalities while in public. If the dogs are reactive, I do my best to keep a distance from any potentially anxiety inducing or dangerous situations. I also keep a close eye on pets if they were to go outside in a fenced in area, especially considering there may be gaps in the fence or wildlife who could harm them.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs pretty much sense I was born. My family relies on me to watch, feed, play, and walk the dogs around the neighborhood. Im currently working part time with a very adaptable schedule. Im starting college in the fall and I am trying to save for tuition and needs! I can only watch dogs in your home as I have two dogs and one who’s a senior with 3 legs so he’s a little grumpy!
