I went away for several days and wanted someone to administer a once daily liquid steroid to my cat and someone to also give her affection each day and to check on her water and her automated litter and food containers. Kelly met with me to review everything the day before starting. She was a great communicator throughout, even texting a picture of my cat’s foot to make sure something she saw was normal. I loved the pictures and videos of her playing with my cat as well! Great experience!”
About: Hi! I’m Stacie. I’m a local neighbor and a proud boxer dog mom offering reliable, personalized pet care in the Belle Vernon area! I’ve been around animals my entire life and have experience with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. “We were away for just over three weeks. Kate came to take care of my 2 cats. She provided photos and full details of cat care daily. One cat has to take a pill and she reassured me that all was well at home. She also watered my indoor plants and took the used kitty litter to the curb on trash night. (So there was not an unliftable bag of litter to haul out upon return.). All interactions in person and text were great. My cats, including the shy one who gets the pill, really seemed to like her and interacted well with her.”

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
