1. Joyce L.

“Lovely to work with! She took great care of our cat while we were on vacation for a week. She played with her a lot and was really attentive to the instructions we had left around feeding and other things. She was very communicative and sent us lots of pictures. She also left our house super clean and was overall very considerate.”

2. Tyler W.

“Tyler was reliable, caring and took good care of our elder dog. Her communication was excellent beforehand and during her stay. We highly recommend Tyler!!! Many thanks.”

3. Elijah H.

“Elijah was extremely responsive and respectful and I'm pretty sure if my dog could talk, he'd say he loved his time with him and has a new friend.”

4. Erin C.

“Erin was a perfect pet sitter. We have a mixed bag of pets, including one very old Newfoundland and a Newf-Lab mix recovering from ACL surgery. Erin was up to the challenge and our pets have nothing but good things to say about her! We will definitely be reaching out to her for future trips!”

5. Mark C.

“Our dog Rusty loves Mark! If you're looking for someone to take care of your fur baby I highly recommend him! Rusty got lots of attention, walks and love. Mark sends pictures and updates too.”

6. Laura G.

“Laura took amazing care of our two boys and took exceptional care to make sure they got the exercise our young hound needed. She was super respectful of our home. We would love to have her to stay with our guys any time!”

7. Carolyn D.

“Carolyn was great with our older pup! She kept us up to date on how things were going and sent daily pictures. We returned home to a happy dog! We will certainly book with her again.”

8. Maisy P.
“Maisy was great with Piper. She consistently sent us photos of our pup looking happy as can be. We were never in doubt that Puper was in great hands and being loved as if she were Maisy's own dog. As an added bonus Maisy made sure our plants were watered during an extra hot week. We'd 100% use Maisy again!”

9. Kasey B.

“Amazing! I am recommending to people who want their dogs well taken care of. Photos are wonderful when away from your pet and Kasey ensures you get regular updates if you like. I came home to them not realizing I was away.”

10. Ellis B.
“Ellis is a great pet sitter. Both my cat and dog warmed up to him quickly. My dog sometimes takes a while to get comfortable with people and barks a lot but after only a couple visits she recognizes him and is excited when he arrives. Ellis is the also the only person who my cat will let pick him up! I cannot recommend Ellis enough, he is a natural with pets.”

11. Sue C.

“Sue was a great dogsitter! She took our dog on car rides (which she loves!) and sent an update and picture every day. We would absolutely recommend booking with her!”

12. Hilda N.

“Hilda stayed at our house and watched our dog and cat. She was wonderfully professional and as a bonus a wonderful house sitter as we came home to a cleaner house than we left it! I would not hesitate to hire her again.”

13. Kassiopeia S.
About: We (myself, my nine-year old daughter, and our beagle) love to be active; truck rides to shady spots of water on hot days, to snowshoeing fun on trails in the winter (short walks around the neighborhood and “brain puzzles” take the cake for rainy days). We have learned new tricks and training skills through classes with a certified trainer. I am by no means a decorated professional, but I am educated and experienced with dogs. No more than one family of dogs at a time for services (up to 2 dogs). I prefer to keep our daily group small, and more one-on-one. Whether I’m there to hang out with your pup, or to take them out and about for the day, potty breaks are a must. If the weather is nice, we may spend our entire time outside! Please let me know if my beagle is okay to come with, or if your dog would do best without a four-legged friend.

14. Benjamin S.
“Ben has made it easy for me to be at work for 12 hour shifts and know my beloved pets, including 2 large dogs, are well cared for, including being fed, walked, and given treats, as well as played with and given love! Super important to being able to go to work and not worry, Joan S.”

15. Catherine J.

“We highly recommend Catherine! This was our first experience utilizing a pet sitter and the Rover App and she exceeded our expectations! She is kind, friendly and very personable. She went over and beyond what we asked of her and we can honestly say we did not worry once while on vacation. We received updated pictures throughout our trip, and we could tell Fuzz was enjoying her company and the care she was receiving! We are looking forward to going on vacation in July and plan to book Catherine again!”

16. Hannah F.
“Hannah is absolutely the most caring and responsible pet sitter we’ve ever had. We joke that our dog loves Hannah better than he loves us! Hannah will build a positive relationship with your pet, allowing you to feel comfortable knowing your pet is in excellent care. In addition to be engaging with your pet, Hannah will be communicative with you as the owner. Two thumbs up from me and two paws from my dog for Hannah as a caregiver!”

17. Ariana M.

“Ariana really came through for us when our usual sitter became unavailable at the last minute! Our dog and cat really seemed to like her and she kept the house neat and tidy during her stay. We really appreciated how much she kept in touch with us and shared photos of our happy critters. If the need arises, we will be happy to hire her again.”

18. Valerie L.
About: Pets have been apart of my life. From growing up with our family pets to being a dog mom and aunt in my adult life. I find that each animal holds their own personality and once that is recognized a strong relationship can be built. I am prepared to provide any services from potty breaks to walks and even the occasional overnight. Please feel free to contact me for more information. I currently work full time. Please check with me about specific times and days. I am open to long and short term contracts. At this time, I am unable to host in my home. I am available to sit in your home. If this is our first time meeting, please request far enough in advance so that we could have a meet and greet. I provide any services needed in and around your home. I own a vehicle that can transport your pet to a near park or their favorite walking trail.

19. Amanda C.

“Amanda was available on very short notice and did a great job caring for our puppy overnight. Highly recommend!”

20. Laura P.
About: Over the past fifteen years, I have provided all levels of care for pets of many kinds. Throughout high school and college, I worked at a commercial horse barn feeding, providing basic first-aid, turning horses in and out, and cleaning stalls. In addition to my extensive experience with horses, I have also owned and cared for several dogs, including a few fosters that have come through my home over the years. I currently have two of my own cats (Mia and Gus), a long term foster cat (Junior), and a golden retriever (Riggs). I currently work full-time as a Research Scientist at a local biotech company. I am able to provide services on weekends mostly, but I am also available early mornings and later in the evening as needed. Mostly able to provide care in owners' homes; however, my condo is near a large field on the Connecticut River, which is a great place for dog-walking.
