“AAAAA++++ If you need an amazing, responsible, tuned in house/pet sitter look no further. We are incredibly grateful that Pam could fit us in her schedule and on short notice. She went above and beyond to make sure our scared cat (who hides from new people), got food in her system while we were away. She sent regular updates and pictures that put us at ease. Our pets were so comfortable in her presence they looked for her when we got home. Our cats are older, grumpy and have various diets and important asthma medications -we appreciate her attention to detail so our pets could get what they needed following our similar routines. The house was cleaner than we left it, plants watered and happy kitties. We will definitely be using Pam again for a stress free vacation.”

“It’s always difficult to enjoy a vacation when my dog has to stay behind. I don’t know whose separation anxiety is worse, the dogs or mine. It’s also stressful to have someone stay in your home that you don’t know. Emma is an excellent communicator, respectful with regards to our home and pets were well cared for. She would send me a picture and update daily on how my dog was doing which definitely put me at ease and I could actually enjoy my time away. I would highly recommend Emma. I plan to reach out to her again the next time we are away. Thank you Emma!”

About: New on Rover but I am a seasoned pet sitter. 🐾 I am experienced in caring for a diverse range of pets. I am known for my calming demeanor, which is particularly beneficial for pets that exhibit anxiety or shyness. I too have anxiety, but when I am with animals they make it all better ☺️. That is why this job is perfect for me! I do have experience with puppies and kittens and senior dogs and cats. I can administer medications and feed them any special diets. I can feed and water your reptiles, birds, fish, amphibians, and other pets. Pet care is my full time job. I have my own cat at home so I do go home to check in on her if I am house sitting for the week. I am attentive to your pets needs and behavior. If they are shy or have anxiety I will give them the proper space and time to adjust to me. I am respectful of your home and your beloved pets.

“Emily has watched our puppy at our house 2 x now. She is excellent. She quickly updated us as he got stung by a bee. Luckily all was fine. I highly recommend her.”

“Sierra made me feel so much better about leaving my dog! She provided him with the attention he needs and provided him ample play time. When I returned he was happy and had eaten his food, which is sometimes an issue when he is left with a sitter. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a caring, friendly, dog sitter!”

About: I have excellent references with over 18 years of experience walking, feeding, bathing, and grooming animals. I have worked with animals as young as 4 months old to as old as 18 years old and had to administer medication. I’ve worked with dogs, cats, horses, goats, fish, birds, and cows. I am a teacher so I am available any time during the week to stay over and with breaks I can go and let them out for play and potty time. I’m off work after 3:45 so your pet babies will have lots of attention! I also have summers off (June-August) and can be home with your pets all day! I live in an apartment at this time so I will not be able to keep your animals here, but I am able to come to your home and be there as much or as little as you need me to be! I want what is best for your pet since I know they are part of your family. When you put your trust in me, I take that very seriously and anything you need directions wise will be followed since you know your pet best!

About: I may be young, but I've had multiple animals in my life already: 3 cats, a handful of dogs, some fish, and even a horse. I also did rescue for 5 years, being a foster family for numerous cats working with my local animal shelter. I also dog-sit for family and friends. I am free any day throughout the week as long as I get notice at least a day ahead. I am an older sister to lots of kids, so scheduling is very important to me. I would treat your animal just like my own: walks, playtime, relaxation, and feeding. I can also bathe and brush as well. If you can give me a list of what your pets need, I'll make it a priority.

About: offer a unique blend of experience and expertise that sets me apart from other pet sitters. With a background in animal behavior and specialized training in both puppy development and senior pet care, I provide tailored, compassionate care for pets of all ages. My approach focuses on understanding each pet’s individual needs, whether it’s guiding a puppy through their first training or ensuring comfort and safety for older pets. My commitment to ongoing education in pet health and behavior means your furry family members receive the highest standard of care. I work in a school setting so I currently have summers off. As I just finished my summer semester of college, I now have as much time as needed to care for your best friend! I am highly active and can play with your dog, walk your dog for short or long distances, and have experience with dogs of all sizes!

“We rescued a sweet young little guy who has severe separation anxiety after a most challenging first year of his life. Needless to say, when my husband and I needed to leave our four legged friend for a week, we were nervous about him. Jessica’s warmth, compassion and love for animals is immediately felt upon meeting her. After a brief period of time, our dog warmed up to her, lived his walks with her, cuddled with her and slept by her side each night. Jessica would text us daily updates and pictures! Just simply, the best one could want for their pet 🫶🏻”

“I had Justice come over to my farm and watch my 7 year old Pointer, my 14 year old Golden Retriever and a variety of animals from my horse to cats to my chickens. Justice made sure they were well cared for and went above and beyond to make sure they were kept safe during the winter months. She gave our dogs plenty of exercise and made sure our older retriever got his medicine each day. I would recommend Justice to pet sit/house sit for anyone who wants peace of mind while they are away.”

I highly recommend anyone enlisting Morgan’s services!”
Lunnville pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kim stayed with my 8yr old German Shepherd while I was away on a short 1 night trip. She was attentive, reliable & communicative. House was left exactly as it was & she was even thoughtful enough to leave lights on for me for a late arrival. Highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable new sitter. Thanks!
