About: I grew up with dogs, cats, hamsters rats, guinea pigs, ferret. Well-versed in pets and having to interact with them and give them love that they need whether it’s an hour day or all day and overnight. Currently doing this as a side gig, but I would like to do it full-time. Available Thursdays to Saturday anytime. Sunday to Wednesday by appointment. Currently in an apartment doesn’t allow pets, but I have a vehicle and I am able to transport your pets to a park or go to your house and give them love

“Sophia is a jewel. She was great with Lovey my mini Sheepadoodle. Lovey’s used to a lot of attention and is a little on the skiddish side. But they did great together. Sophia is responsible and very engaged. I returned home after 5 days and she had gotten my mail, met up a plumber I had to call and most important Lovey was happy . No issues at all. She ate every meal from day one which never happens. I will absolutely be calling Sophia again!!”

About: I’ve had a dog my entire life except for a few very lonely months in 2020 after I lost the love of my life, Romey, the naughtiest lab with the best sense of humor. I grew up with labs (mostly ) but now have Gizmo, a labrodoodle , who will soon become BDE (best dog ever) if he can finally learn how to not jump like a kangaroo when he sees his dog friends. I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was young. I’d walk, feed and love on my neighbors and friends pets. I hope I will be the one you call and who you can trust with your furry BFF. Whether you have a long day at work or a weekend vacation, I’ll be there for you! I work part time on the weekends up on the mountain and have lots of time during the week to help out with your dog! I have a fenced in play area in my back yard and crates, dog beds and a designated “dog room” where your pet can relax in solitude or with Gizmo!

About: I just started doing this because my dog was attacked while I was on vacation and I never want anyone to feel that pain in loosing their best friend like I did. My pup and I get up around 7:30 and he goes out and gets breakfast and water and we walk around the property… sometimes we go to the park in the afternoon and find a trail to walk… and then he eats again at 5:30/6 depending on when I get home from errands after lunch… not to mention the occasional game of fetch while I’m home… also I’d need to know of any allergies or meds you give your dogs and the types of foods treats and games they like… each dog has their own personalities so it’s always hard to tell It depends on the owner.. if ur cool with me being at ur house or if the dogs would come to my place … I do have a yard but it’s not fenced so if the dogs go out they are put on a tie out and I don’t leave them out alone (unless it’s my pup but he’s trained) …. A typical day would also depend on what the dogs schedule is. Dogs are creatures of routine so taking them out of that routine would mess with theor confidence while their owner is away so I’d prefer to know more about the daily routines you have and work my day around that the best I can…

About: Hi! My name is Alexis, I am 27 years old, and I have been around animals my entire life. Growing up I helped my dad with training his rabbit dogs and attending to their needs while he was at work or etc. I am born and raised in Amherst, VA. I own my own townhouse in Madison Heights. Although, the area is not fenced in there is a nice big yard for your fur-baby to get plenty of exercise and exposure to the sun and fresh air!! There is sidewalks in the neighborhood that makes it easy for taking walks. I am here to care for your fur-baby as you would. I will pet, feed, walk, play, brush attend to your fur-baby's needs. You and your fur-baby will be happy with my services. I do work 40 hours a week from home which allows me to have more time at home to attend to your fur-baby. Your dog/cat will be able to roam freely in the house unless otherwise requested. I do not work weekends, so my schedule is very open and flexible. I can easily crate your dog as needed. All dogs are walked on leashes when we go for walks. I respect your wishes in my home and your home.

About: I've been caring for animals for over 40 years now, both personally and professionally. My first dog FiFi was there when I was born in 1973. Ever since FiFi I've always had at least one dog through my life. I've had many cats along the way, too. I absolutely adore cats! I lost my last cat two years ago and it still saddens me greatly. He was so affectionate with me even after I had rescued him from mistreatment. He had 6 toes on both front paws! They are called polydactl or Hemingway cats. It looked like he was wearing white mittens! His name was Pyro and I miss him dearly. When I grew a little older, I was able to care for all types of animals such as rabbits, hamsters, mice, ducks, birds and fish. I love them all! I have rescued wild life and nursed them the best I could or took them to a wildlife center for help. I have raised butterflies as well! People have always told me their animals take to me very easily and quickly. I've always shared a special place in my heart for animals and a unique way of connecting with them. I could not get through life without their enjoyment and love! They really are angels with fur and paws. The most wonderful blessings! They bring so much to the table with their enormous love and loyalty. I am available for your pets full time on any given day including holidays, and extended periods of time. My schedule is open twenty four hours 7 days a week. If I'm not with one client, I am available or I can work them in together depending on the situation. I offer overnight house sitting in your home. I have one small 12 year old Toy Fox Terrier (pics of us together here!) I would have to bring with me for any overnight stays because i have no one else to watch her at the time and shes very clingy now that shes older. Shes very sweet and gets along with just about all dogs as long as they arent aggressive. She loves to play or just relax with them! She usually doesnt have an issue with cats. She has had two cats as siblings in her 11 years and that was definitely a learning process, but they did great overall! I also offer drop in and walking visits. I am able to stay for extended periods of time, or shorter stays also. I am very flexible with my time and always available unless I am with another client.
