I have a dedicated separate room and a large, finished basement where guest dogs can freely play, run around, and sleep securely. To ensure a safe, healthy, and clean environment for our young toddler, our own dog, and your pup, I ask that all guest dogs be fully potty trained and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Beyond offering a fun environment, I bring peace of mind. I am highly experienced in administering oral medications, so you can rest assured that any specific healthcare routines your dog requires will be handled safely, accurately, and on time. Because we have a toddler, I maintain a very clean, structured, and safe home environment where all interactions between dogs and children are closely supervised. I met her two dogs and found them to be gentle and well-behaved. Although our dogs were with her for only a four hour stay that day, she still somehow managed to get nice, little walk in for them! While in my care, your dog's safety and well-being is my priority. Your pet will have lots of play time in my backyard. I am available to provide specific dietary and care needs. I will do my best to make your fur baby feel "at home". I look forward to meeting them. Feel free to drop them off with a favorite blanket, toy, snack, or bed. As a stay at home mom and dog owner, I am available to provide plenty of outside time, meet specific requests and attend your dog's needs. While outside, your dog will be free to roam my fenced in yard. While indoors, your dog will be free to get cozy on the couch.

About: Hi! My name is Joan. I am recently retired and live on a farm. I have had dogs most of my life and have felt the passion to start dog sitting after losing our 15 yr old beloved dog fairly recently. I sure miss having furry four legged ones around to share my love for dogs, and want to be able to love on yours as I would my own. Having used Rover many times in the past for our own dog over the years, I know how very important it is to find someone you know you can trust to love & care for your pup, that perfect place that you won’t have to worry about them while you hoomans are away, that would be Me! I live on a farm with lots of acreage for running and playing. I also have experience with administering medications if needed. I want to make a worry free home away from home experience for your best friend(s) while mom & dad are away. With being retired, and pretty much a homebody, I will make sure that I will be home at all times to care for your pup. Potty breaks and play time will be frequent, with living on a farm we will be sure and have plenty of walking and running space for your pup. I live on a tucked off the road farm with plenty of acreage to run and play. Our farm is not a working farm, meaning we have no farm animals on the property. I have never crated any of my dogs, therefore I would not be crating yours unless of course you ask me to and provide the crate.

About: I've owned three dogs in the past 20 years. A greyhound (rescue), a border collie/retriever mix (rescue) and a chihuahua. Each one unique in their personality, energy level and needs, giving me a broad understanding of dog care. I recently retired and can't think of a better way to spend some of my free time, than with pups. I'm available M-F, and we could probably negotiate some weekends if needed. I love taking dogs for walks. We frequently walked our dogs at Kolapechka park and utilized the dog play areas. I could do the same for yours.
