“Jennifer did a wonderful job watching our two dogs in our home. She had great communication and took plenty of pics which ensured us our fur babies were well taken care of. She was polite and thoughtful! We highly recommend and would love to have her stay again!”

About: As a lifelong passionate pet owner and caretaker, I've cared for cats and dogs since childhood, and I have experience caring for chickens, bunnies, snakes and other animals too. I would love to take your dog for long walks, hikes, and outdoor playtime. I also have a green thumb too! I am happy to tend to your plants with care. Your pets and plants are in capable and loving hands! I work part-time and am available consistently early mornings, weeknights, and weekends. Depending on my schedule and the location of the sit, I can also visit for a potty-break during lunch or early afternoon. Let's schedule a chat to make sure my schedule is best for your needs! I am available to care for your pets in your home, I do not offer boarding in my home at this time. It's important to me to be a safe and trust-worthy caretaker, let's chat about your needs and requirements!

“Julie did a great job caring for our dogs! She sent lots of picture updates and was a quick communicator. Julie was able to be at our home with the dogs the majority of each day to keep them company. She gave them new toys and spent a lot of time with them playing outside!”

“We were so nervous about hiring a stranger for our senior dog's care, but Karen eased our concerns from the first moment we met her! She was focused on understanding the needs of our dog from the start. She stayed in our home so Amelia could be in familiar surroundings. With each update through the week it was evident that Karen was learning our dog's quirks and taking excellent care of her along the way. If you have an older dog that needs oral meds multiple times a day, Karen is the best choice! She even washed the sheets before she left. It was great to come home to a healthy, happy dog and a clean space! I'm sold on Rover and especially sold on Karen! She's my first choice in dog sitting!”

“Rebecca was fantastic! She communicated proactively about how our pup was doing and sent great pics and videos! She tidied up around our place before leaving, which was SO nice to come home to after traveling. I highly recommend her services and plan on being a repeat customer. Thanks Rebecca!”

“Yvonne takes the best care of your pets. She sends pictures and keeps you up to date. You can tell she loves animals. She has taken great care of both my rescue pets. Highly recommend.”

“Lynn was absolutely amazing with Rue and Walker. I loved seeing pictures of them every day, along with check-ins and great communication! I would love to have Lynn watch my pups again! ❤️”

“This review is going to be unlike most reviews you read on here. Sure, Megan played with my dog and took pictures and videos. Megan did much more, she most likely saved my dog's life. Our sweet little Winnie is your typical knuckleheaded Pitbull who ate part of a ball the day before we left. Megan updated us every time she got sick and her eventual listlessness. Megan was concerned, as were we. A family member got Winnie to the vet and as suspected a total obstruction of the large intestine with about 6 hours to live. All turned out well thanks to Megan being on top of her dog watching game, she undoubtedly saved Winnie's life.”

“They went above and beyond with our pets and even our home (without us asking)!! With very thorough updates and plenty of photos. I would happily choose this sweet couple to take care of my babies again!”

About: I have taken care of all different types and breeds of animals, such as dogs, cats, reptiles, hamsters, birds, horses, and guinea pigs. I have experience with both energetic puppies and gentle senior pets, including administering medication and basic training. I’m currently a student at UC Blue Ash, with classes Monday through Friday, typically from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. I’m always available for pet care before and after those hours, and I’ll keep you informed of any changes to my schedule to ensure consistent, reliable care. In my client’s home, I follow their pet’s regular routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I provide fresh food and water, daily walks, playtime, and lots of affection. I also handle any special needs like medication, crate training, or senior care. I always keep the home tidy and give regular updates with photos so you stay connected while you're away.

“Tara is the absolute best. We have left our high maintenance senior dogs in her care for multiple trips out of town, and every time she goes above and beyond to care for them (and our home). Cannot recommend her strongly enough.”

About: Hi there! I spent several years dog sitting after college as a fun (and furry) side hustle, and I’m excited to be getting back into it. I lost my own pup last year and really miss having a dog around, so I’m looking forward to giving your four-legged family members all the love and attention they deserve while you’re away. While I’m more experienced with dogs, I’ve been around cats plenty and know how to respect their space—or shower them with affection, if that’s their vibe. You can count on me for regular updates, lots of love, and reliable care. Feel free to reach out with any questions—I’m happy to chat! I work from home most Monday’s and Fridays, which means I’m typically available for mid-day check-ins those days. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, I commute to my office in Blue Ash, so I’m not available during the middle of the day—but I’m up early and can do morning and evening visits. I’m also fully available on weekends and happy to provide care throughout the day. Just let me know what your pet needs and we’ll make it work! I don’t host pets in my home due to having a roommate, but I’m happy to care for your pets in their own space—where they’re most comfortable. I’ll do my best to keep their routine consistent, make sure they’re well-fed, and of course, shower them with love and attention. You can count on me to treat your home and your pets with respect and care.

My schedule is open, so I’m always willing to help! My favorite part about coming home from college is being able to see my two dogs! I ensure you I’ll love yours like I love my own🩷

About: I have a rich 15+ year history of caring for dogs and cats. My experience includes over-night pet sitting, dog walking as needed throughout the day, administration of medications and insulin, and attention to special needs as required. I enjoy caring for puppies, adult dogs, elderly dogs, and dogs with disabilities. No dog is too small or large! Additionally, I have spent a lot of time volunteering at animal shelters where I walked/trained dogs and facilitated the adoption process. Happy to provide updates and check-ins throughout the day upon request. I do Rover full time so I am available as needed in order to ensure your animals are well taken care of while you are away. I always schedule my days in a way that would most benefit your dogs or cats. I care for pets the same as I would care for my own, with kindness, patience, and enthusiasm. I have experience working with shy or skittish animals so I will always be happy to meet them in the middle where they are comfortable. I hold the trust of my clients with the upmost respect. I would never do anything to jeopardize this trust. I have references available upon request!

Jaqueline d.
“Jaqui sat for us last winter when we were in a bind and looking for someone to take care of our animals while we were away over the Christmas holiday, which is always a difficult time to find a sitter. She was absolutely AMAZING! Despite having to deal with some unpleasant winter weather, she took great care of our chickens and two cats, including the one who had just lost one of his legs and needed a bit of extra attention. We received daily updates and pictures of our fur- and feather-babies so we could see they were healthy and well, and she was super communicative and responsive. We were so sad to learn that she had moved out of our area when we were ready for our next vacation, but we would have her sit for us again in a heartbeat if she was available! We highly recommend her!”

Braden L.
“Braden has taken care of my dog a few times and she absolutely adores him, which having an anxious dog means so much. He always takes the time to check in with me and provide updates and let me know how she’s doing when I’m away which makes leaving her easier since I know she’s in good hands. Also very good with my cat who loves a good cuddle and most recently has won over the attention of my shy girl poppy who doesn’t come out for anyone. Whenever I need someone, Braden is always my first call!”

Megan E.
“Megan is an absolute gem! I can’t say enough great things about Megan! She watched my golden retriever, Luna, while I was out of town for a long weekend, and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. Megan sent regular updates, adorable photos, and even kept up with Luna’s quirky routine (including her nightly belly rubs and picky treat preferences 😅). When I came home, Luna was happy, well-fed, and clearly adored Megan. It’s obvious she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and responsible sitter. Thank you, Megan!!”

“We had a beautiful Plott Hound. She was very skittish at first (a rescue); and was scared to death of thunder storms. Dan would bring her home or stay with her when thunderstorms were expected. He was very patient with her and would take her on long walks while we were traveling.”

“Melanie took great care of my puppy and cat! They seemed to have a lot of fun and she sent me photos periodically throughout her stay. I trust her with my animals every time we go out of town!”
