“I was very hesitant to book again on Rover because my first house sitting experience wasn't the best. So I was very pleasantly surprised with our experience with Melanie. She was extremely attentive to both our cat and dog and made them both feel loved. She would send me photos and videos of playing with the pets and getting right on the floor with them. She spent a lot of time playing with them and giving them lots of love and attention. She followed all of my directions and went above and beyond. She was very communicative and asked anything she wasn't sure about. Our cat wasn't eating well when we first left so she let me know right away and then we worked together to get him eating more. Our dog has some medical issues and needs to take medications 4 times daily, which Melanie did a great job of. He never missed a dose! She shoveled (a lot!), took the garbage out, did all the laundry that she used while she was here and kept the house looking great. We felt very comfortable knowing that both of our fur babies were in great hands with her and could thus enjoy our vacation. I would highly recommend her and will be booking with her again very soon :)”

I’m currently working part time and have more time in the afternoon to look after your four legged friend! Afternoon works best for my work schedule. About: Hello! I’ve pet-sat, walked dogs, and cared for animals in friends and family’s homes for over 14 years. Looking to do it more often and expand my clientele. I love animals and really enjoy pet-sitting in either my home or yours. I work 2 minutes from home so taking care of them during the day is very easy. These jobs allow me to spend time with animals which I absolute love! Please note that I’ve had this app for a while but only decided to take on clients a couple weeks ago. My love for animals started when I was young and has been growing ever since. I have previous experience pet sitting for both cats and dogs. I am able to walk your dog around your neighbourhood, on trails or at a local dog park. I am also able to feed your dog if needed or offer them treats (with your permission). I have flexible hours throughout the day on both weekdays and weekends, therefore I am confident that I will be able to meet your needs as a pet owner! I am currently working full time from home, therefore I have plenty of availability during the day to ensure your dog is looked after and gets outside. Although I do not have a fenced in yard i have easily accessible grass areas. If you are interested in boarding daycare there are no pets in the home.
