I previously worked at a few state parks nearby. I love to be active and go for lots of walks. I’m just as happy to stay home and relax with your pet if that’s what they prefer. I did Rover throughout college and loved it so much! I love all animals and enjoy being around them. I previously worked in a vet clinic so I have experience administering medication and giving special care. I am currently a furloughed gov employee, so I am home all day and can provide as many potty breaks as needed. Whatever they need! I have experience with many different animals, and I can adjust to your pets schedule to keep them in their routine as much as possible!

About: I've grown up and cared for dogs my whole life. From the puppy stage to seniors, I've done it all, including taking them to training and socialization courses. I have pet sit on MANY occasions and am happy to do it for you :) I have a larger yard with plenty of room to explore and walk my dog routinely to keep everyone happy and healthy. I currently work 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off so am available for a consecutive 14 days per month. During those 14 days I am available at all hours and will be home. In my own home I have a large area that is not fenced in, but own several long leads to allow dogs to run around. I am willing to work through training requirements as well as providing exercise to keep them entertained!

About: I have taken care of all types of pets since I was 10 years old. I have watched for family and friends from all around town. I have a kitten of my own but have watched dogs, cats, a horse, some chickens, and even a peacock! I just moved to Saint Francisville, LA and am taking my pet care business with me. I have been on the Rover app for a year and a half now ( I took a break when I moved to Colorado) and was living in Colorado and Florida. I will have time to walk, play, and feed your pets on a daily basis. I will feed, walk, play, and clean after all pets. I will make sure the animals needs are satisfied as well as the owner of the house will come home to a clean home.

About: I have loved animals ever since I was in elementary. I have had 5 Dogs, from a German Shepard to a little Yorkie Poodle mix. Currently I have 2 Guinea Pigs and 2 Leopard Geckos and a beautiful cat named karma. Family members and friends have asked me to look after their fur babies for days and entrusted them with me. I give my all when watching the fur babies and treat it as if they were mine. :) I am currently a full time college student, I am studying marine biology and plan to use that degree to go to a veterinarian School. While I may have classes in the morning and late afternoon, I have plenty of time to look after the beautiful fur babies you trust me with. When first entering an environment, it's important to take a mental note of any hazards that could be a danger to the animal. Any hazards being, loose metal wires they could chew, or foods that may be dangerous to them. Examining a new environment is also important. Always making sure to not have any allowed guests inside the customers house is very important part of great service as well, to instill that trust that the client has put in you for their furry loved one!

About: Hey guys my name is Mychaela. I am a cat mom but I love animals or all shapes and sizes. I am currently a stay at home student so have all the time in the world to take care of your furry family members. Currently I am a stay at home student. I do all my work online and have plenty of time throughout the day to take care of pets. I currently have two cats but they are both fixed and very friendly. My yard is fenced in and I have no problem walking your animals or taking them to the dog park right up the road from me.

About: I am super loving and affectionate towards animals. Your pet will be in great hands with me. Whatever your pet's needs are, I can surely promise to take the best care of them, getting fed, walked, bathed, take medication if needed, or extra loves and cuddles while your away, I am able to provide. I have an 11 year old daughter who also loves animals and is in school full time. I am currently a stay at home mom so my scheduale is very flexible and I'm looking to earn extra money to help provide for my daughter. I am a stay at home mother and I am lucky to have alot of help with taking care of my daughter, so any time of the week, Monday-Sunday, I am available. Depending on what environment your pet lives in, I can assure you that I follow any rules that are given to me by my client, whether its for walks on a leash, being in a crate or being off leash in a fenced in back yard. I also send lots of pictures and updates to keep you informed on how the days going with your pet, what we did for fun, feeding and bathroom breaks, any input that is given, I will make sure to follow up on.

About: I would humbly refrain from making the statement that I am better than my counterparts, as that is not for me to judge. I will say that I am an incredibly caring and empathetic individual, and that translates well to how I operate animals as well as people. I grew up with dogs and cats inside of my home, and I was always very attentive to them in terms of playing, petting, feeding, and making them feel cared for. My experience as a sitter only spans about a year altogether, but as a mother of human children, I understand the responsibility that comes with monitoring and caring for any member of someone else’s family. Animals are never excluded in that💙 I have two children, one of which is in daycare and the other in grade school. During the summer months, my availability would be from 7AM to 5PM, as I’d have to pick my youngest up from daycare by 5:30PM. From August to May, my availability would be 7:30AM - 5PM, as this would grant me time to drop my oldest off to school before beginning a day’s work. At the moment, I can only offer care in the home of clients, as my landlord does not allow pets to be present on the premises. Having said this, I am flexible in the number of services I am willing to offer in the home of clients. I want each individual to feel confident in the care their pet is receiving while they are away. I will do what I can to ensure this is the case 💙

About: I’m very driven and compassionate for animals. I am an event coordinator for the Ragin Rescue cat organization on ULL’s campus. I love all furry friends and hope to befriend lots in my lifetime I’m a full time ULL student, and work a part time job. I’m finished with classes every week day by 2, and work tuesday, & thursday through saturday from 3-8. Sundays i work from 9/11-2PM. I feed and change the litter for my own cats. I often walk my own dogs, and ensure they are not anxious and feel comfortable before myself.

About: I’ve taken care cats, dogs, and birds since I’ve been about 3 years old. I am currently a vet technician and I have 2 dogs and fours cats. They all get along together. I have a 60lbs husky and a 8lbs chiweenie who get along great and loves cats. I do offer nail trims and baths as well. I am very good at nail trims. Many people have relied on me to care for their animals. I have worked in professional places that do both animal care and boarding. I know the signs to look out for if needed. I have been medicating dogs and cats for the past three years. If any emergency was to rise then I know exactly where both emergency clinics are. I know that you’ll get the best care for your baby and that you’ll get updates daily from them. I’ll let you know how they are doing everyday, you’ll get a picture of them so you’ll be able to see for yourself that they’re having a blast. I work Monday- Friday 8-5. I get a lunch break from 12-1, and go home to let my dogs out to potty and get a little exercise before heading back to work for 1:30. I get off at 5 and go home and take care of my pets. I feed them all and of course let them out to go potty and get some exercise. I am off on the weekends, and I stay at home so it wouldn’t no problem to have a few fur babies over. I don’t have a new fence quite yet but I do walk the dogs frequently and let them play together inside and outside ,I have two dogs, two husky mixes who loves to play with other doggie. They both do get along with cats as I have 4 and my fourth one and my husky are absolutely the best of friends. I can go to a home if need be. I am vet technician. So I am well equipped to handle any kind of emergency situation. If your baby needs daily medications I know all the ways to give it safely. I am very good with nervous babies. I make sure that any pet that I watch does have their vaccines. If a Pet doesn’t have their vaccines then I will not watch them with other dogs. It would have to be in their home instead. I want to make sure everyone is safe. I do offer baths, and nail trims as well. I also offer a bit of grooming. Nothing professional but I can do simple trims, etc.

About: Having four dogs of my own and dog-sitting since I was 15 years old, I’ve never met a pet I didn’t love. I hope to help you and your pets by offering safe and dependable care that meets the owner’s satisfaction while also helping with other household chores while the family is away. From now until August 15, I am flexible all throughout the week. Once I start college, I will be free to house and dog sit in homes during weekends or overnight during the week. I will also have some availability for dog walking through the week. With my flexible college schedule, I can do constant check in’s in the client’s home while also offering overnight stay if the client would rather that. I am also confident in my ability to make sure your pets follow their usual schedule, whether that be crate training or daily walks, because dogs operate best in their structural routine.

I've had the three dogs in my life, Queen, Smoky and King. I worked at Petsmart for two years and helped open the first location in Louisiana. I left to attend LSU and I got my Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business where my love of animals expanded. I am knowledgeable about dogs, pets and animals and I love to learn more.
