“We are so grateful to have crossed paths with Madelyn on Rover! She has watched our dogs twice now, both on short notice and has been so accommodating and flexible. She is now at the top of our list any time we need to consider a pet sitter for some time away! Every time our dogs spend time with her, we can tell they were loved and cared for, and our home is always very well taken care of! Madelyn truly goes above and beyond for her clients and is the best pet sitter we have ever had. She communicates thoroughly, and takes the time to make our pets comfortable- especially our special needs deaf dog. I Would absolutely recommend Madelyn to anyone looking for truly exceptional and dedicated service from a person who will love on your pets like her own. She’s truly a step above the rest!”

About: I have taken care of close friends and families pets for years and I have decided to expand and see if anyone else needs care for their animals! I have plenty of experience working with animals. I started out as a farm aid at Turtleback zoo a couple years ago and left to go work with marine mammals in Florida. When I came back to NJ I went to Cape May and worked as a full time seasonal animal keeper. After my 6 months were up I went back to Turtleback zoo as a Relief Keeper. I left the zoo field December 2021 and started working part time at a local vet clinic where I work with all size dogs and cats. I know how to give medications also if your dog or cat have any special needs! I currently work full time, first shift for a laboratory. I also work part time at a vets office but when I am dog sitting I do not just do that your pets have more of my attention and are my priority. If I were to stay at your house I can walk your dog around your neighborhood or take them on local hiking trails! Whatever works best! I am here to care for your animals just as I would my own. My dogs Cooper and Ginger are very spoiled and I can guarantee yours will be also! Depending on the needs of your pet will be the deciding factor of our daily routine. We can talk about that more in details if you decide to message me! I have two mini dachshunds that are friendly and love to walk/hike! If your dog is friendly and adventurous I would bring them along for the fun!

“Brydee was great. She communicated with us quickly and took the time to bond with our cat who had just moved into a new house.”

“If Rover had Elite sitters, Grace would be it! The most reliable, communicative + friendly sitter we've had. We found Grace for our group of 3-family-dogs while we went to a concert. She came twice - for three VERY different and demanding dogs (in their own way lol). She was able to handle all three perfectly, sending lots of pictures and left the cutest notes about her experience. So thankful for Grace + cannot wait to book her again.”

“Nate took good care of my 2 senior cats while I was away on vacation. He did daily drop in visits, litter box, fed/watered, gave 1 daily medication, and spent time with them. He also sent pics and gave me updates. My house was clean when I got home. Nate was prompt to respond on the site, we met in advance at a public eatery to get to know each other, and he came to my house after to meet my cats and get a basic run down on their needs. He was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and my cats took an instant liking to him. I would highly recommend him to others and will hire him again in the future! It's so hard to find good, reliable yet reasonable pet care. Thank you so much Nate!!!”

About: I have taken care of a wide variety of dogs and cats throughout my life for friends and family members! As a dog and cat owner myself I feel confident in my abilities to give your pets the love and care they deserve. I am an athletic trainer with a high school locally and I typically have every morning and early afternoon available or late evenings as well. I do not typically stay over night for house sitting as I do have my own animals but I will always make sure your animals are taken care of appropriately and timely! I have a puppy currently who is very friendly with other animals that I can bring along to play and walk or leave home if the animal is not friendly with other animals. In a clients home I follow specific instructions for each animal whether it be feeding or walking however the owner prefers.

About: I’ve taken care of many different animals over the years! From friends bearded dragons, to dogs & cats, you name it. I used to take care my neighbors dogs when they went on vacation every year, growing up. And recently I’ve taken care of my boyfriend’s parent’s dog, who needs medication given to him, and their senior cat. I am capable of longer walks or hikes and lifting up to 70lbs if necessary. I will be working full-time starting April 25th, but as of right now I’m available pretty much whenever, as long as the timing is reasonable! I have no animals in the home currently, as we’re settling into a new house, and live in an area where the dog would need to be on leash at all times when we’re outside.

“Deb was extremely communicative and such a wonderful guest for my puppy. 5 stars! She's nothing short of a comfortable visit for your furry ones!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12. When I lived with my dad, we had 2 chihuahuas and 2 pit mixes. I’ve also had bunnies, fish, and birds. I’ve taken care of a chinchilla for a friend. I also used to have a guinea pig named Asher! I am experienced with different animals. I am self employed and have school online for real estate at my own pace, so I am free pretty much any day and any time unless I have an appointment that day! Then I can work after! I can either be a cuddly companion and or play with them by playing fetch or taking them out on walks! I will make sure to keep the house nice and clean while I stay in the home of my clients!😁

About: I have been taking care of all types of animals since I could walk. I grew up near farms and ranches in Colorado, had Guinea pigs, dogs, cats, fish, frogs and many more species. I have taken care of 12 newborn Great Dane pups, large breeds and the smallest breeds. I am experienced with animal care, protocols, health issues, CPR and first aide for animals. In the past I have been challenged with aggressive animals and handled them with the best care, patience and understanding. Under any aggressive dog, is a scared puppy. All animals deserve respect and love. As a busy pet parent myself I understand how important it is to care for our pets, as they are apart of our families. I have a full time job and am off on the weekends. I am always available in the afternoons, over nights until I have to leave for work in the mornings, and can do frequent walks. Here we understand that our pets need attention, socialization, and love in order to thrive. I have two dogs of my own at home, a three y/o Great Dane names Eggo and a 2 year old basset hound named Maple. I care for your dogs like I care for mine. We understand that every dog and pet has a specific schedule and needs. We follow their schedules the best we can, we follow feedings, potty breaks and can administer meds if need be.

About: With 12 years of dedicated experience in dog and pet sitting, I offer trusted and compassionate care for your beloved animals. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or personalized attention, I ensure your pets feel safe, loved, and happy in your absence. About: I have had a way with animals since I can remember. My parents had cats and my grandparents had dogs and cats. I have a special fondness for dogs. I love to play just as much as they do. I can throw a ball for hours as well as scratch an ear. So if you need someone to help you with you four-legged friend have no fear, you found the guy right here! I have two cats and spend a lot of time playing, caring for and in general having fun with them. Their needs both emotional and not are always met. I treat them like family; which indeed they are. Every animal is different and has different needs. I can feed, water, let them out in the back yard to play, and play with them. Pretty much everything that you would. I don't feel comfortable with med that can't be eaten.

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. From having my own dogs and cats, to taking care of multiple families pets while they were away. I also spent most of my adolescents volunteering with different animal organizations. I do not discriminate any breeds. Currently my calendar is completely open Wednesday, Thursday and the weekend- however I can be available during the evenings/nights as well Monday, Tuesday and Friday. My husband and I own a towing and roadside service company, so I frequently work from home or in our local office. I am entirely free most days of the week as well. While I do not offer in home pet care, as I have two dogs and two cats myself- I have no issue caring for pets in others homes. I would be sure to follow any and all rules.

“I net Gabrielle several months ago. She is amazing with my Belgian Malanois, a breed that is known for being unfriendly. She careful with my pup, and always handles her carefully. She places the dogs in crates fit to her vehicle for safe transport. It's always a pleasure sign business with Gabrielle, and she also gives my dog an amazing bath before bringing her home. My pup seems very happy with Gabrielle and I think that she will be an amazing asset to Rover. Carla M. Harris”

“If you’re looking for a caring and responsible pet sitter, look no further! Kayla has grown up surrounded by animals - cats, dogs, chickens, hamsters, and fish - so she truly understands what it takes to care for pets with love and attention. Having been a pet owner herself, she knows the importance of providing not just the basics but also companionship and affection. She also understands how difficult it can be to leave your pet behind and how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for them as if they were their own.
