We had a meet and greet with her and she came so prepared with a binder and she filled out a whole page of info on Sangi so she would know his routine and likes and dislikes. We so appreciated her desire to make everything as close as it is to our house as possible as it concerns his normal routine. From feeding times to games to play and commands to use with him, she wanted to know it all! She sent pictures every day along with a little note about how he was doing which was such a relief to us as we miss him so much when we're away. It was obvious when we returned that he had been well cared for....he was so relaxed and clearly hydrated and well fed.
