We appreciated that they only keep small dogs, and while Heidi was there, she had the company of another of their small dog regulars for a few days. We appreciated the many pictures Mark and Vicki sent along with notes about Heidi's visit, every morning and evening. We even felt like they would miss Heidi when we took her home! She even slept on their bed--just like home :). They interviewed us thoroughly and were careful to follow Heidi's routines as far as walks and feeding and snuggling were concerned.
