I am also home during the day with my kids so its possible Id have to bring them along with me for drop ins. If your animal does not do well with children around please let me know and we can arrange something! (3yr old & under 1 yr old) I have an extra large crate if your pup needs crated and am able to block off certain parts of my house to separate pets as needed.

About: I have hands-on experience raising and training three dogs of my own, currently aged 2, 3, and 4. I’ve cared for them since they were puppies, handling everything from basic obedience training to daily walks, feeding, grooming, and socialization. I’m a nursing student home for the summer and looking for a fun, active way to earn extra income. I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for dogs of all sizes. Whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood or some playtime in the yard, your pup will be in good hands! Your pup will be cared for in a safe, loving environment at my home, which has a fully fenced-in yard perfect for play and exercise. Dogs are always supervised and treated like family whether we’re enjoying outdoor time or relaxing inside, your dog will feel right at home.

About: I've lived with pets all my life and while I’ve only had one human roommate in the last 30 years, I've always had a least one cat up until 2018. I LOVE cats (esp kittens), and am quite comfortable around dogs as well (I love them too, just not in all capitals, LOL). When I first started pet sitting, I thought I preferred cats to dogs, but the past few years have enabled me to expand in my love of, and comfort with dogs (but please don't tell the cats that)! I also used to 'lease' a horse in my youth and have experience with birds, hamsters, fish, and guinea pigs. I DON'T like snakes or insects (sorry!) In the last 12 years I’ve volunteered with several rescues as a cat/kitten foster and I'm known to be particularly good with feral kittens and cats. I'm really good with walking (dogs mostly), dispensing medications, and loving attention, but I'm not a pushover when it comes to treats from the table (that's a no-no) staying on leash when required, and letting them know I mean business when necessary. I don't believe in EVER striking or punishing animals and seem to fall in love with them all. I’ve been a house and pet sitter on the site “Trusted Housesitters” since 2018 and have over 21 positive reviews there. I’m recently retired (yet surprisingly busy). I don’t do a lot of night driving, but am otherwise generally available. I’m a stickler about being on time, and keeping dates I commit to. My preference is for cats to remain indoors at all time at my house, and dogs always on a lead when outside. I have a variety of crate sizes here, and am totally comfortable with your fur kids riding in my car, lounging on my furniture, and/or sleeping in my bed. I have all wood floors, plenty of cat litter pans and bowls for food and water. My yard is not fenced but I live directly in front of the Western Maryland Rail Trail, and have easy access to neighborhood parks as well.

About: We are a loving, pet friendly household. Our family just isn’t complete without our dog, Bear. We take daily walks and would love to pick up a friend or two along the way! My full time job is to look after your furry kids! I am available to drop in and walk your furry babies whenever you need. We have a leashed front yard so that dogs are safe. Multiple baby gates are up throughout the house to ensure safety when necessary or overstimulated.

About: My wife and I love animals. We have relied on Rover sitters for our animals and want to provide others with the same opportunity. We have a German Shepherd of our own who is very sweet and loves other animals as well. We promise to take the best care of your pet as possible and spoil them as much as we’re allowed! About: Hi! I have several years of experience caring for multiple different species of animals. I grew up with dogs, horses, chickens, and many other animals. I currently have two dogs, ducks, 3 cats, and a horse! I do have some experience in dog grooming, so I am able to bathe, trim nails, do brush outs, and well and tidy/ sanitary trims. I have cared for a horse that needed daily eye medication, and I can administer medications if your dog and or cat needs them. I am willing to learn how to administer insulin to your pet, should they need it. I am also able to transport your animal to any appointments they may have to go to. I have a clean driving record with no accidents or tickets. I will treat your fur babies as if they are my own! I do stay home during the week, so you wouldn’t have to worry about your animals being left alone for extended amounts of time. I work from home, so your fur baby will always have company! I am very flexible with scheduling, and willing to watch your pet in case something unexpected pops up! I live on 10 acres in a secluded area with low traffic, so your pet will have plenty of space to explore! I have two female Great Danes, as well as three cats so your pet will always have company!
