“We have used Frances’ services in the past for our Border Collie Bojangles but had never boarded our puppy (21 months) Maggie. She is always with us so we were concerned how she would do. Frances as always spent time getting to know Maggie and made sure she was comfortable with her new surroundings. Frances sent us pictures during our time away and Maggie was having her best dog life playing, running and actually was a bit homesick for her other new “besties” when we brought her home. One of the positive outcomes was Maggie used to be finicky when she would eat and was a grazer. Her first evening home she finished her meal as soon as it was put down!!! Frances spends quality time with each of her boarders. Her environment is so dog friendly, clean and welcoming. We have two standard poodles with individual issues: our sweet boy is a spoiled little prince who has only been boarded once, and it stresses him out, and our rehomed girl is afraid of new people and crowds. Jena was so good with them, very soon our girl, Oola, was her new best friend, and soon her children's friend too. Jena's kids are wonderful with the dogs too, and Jena sent lots of photo updates — and her skills as a photographer are excellent. She followed our instructions to a 't,' and we feel confident to leave our babies with her anytime. Jena goes out of her way to accommodate, but more than that she has a calming, and very 'present' presence.”

“Hayley is super nice and super friendly. She also has a lot of experience with dogs and informed me that she used to be a vet tech. This was helpful, as my dog had to take medication while I was away. She diligently gave him his medication and took really good care of him. Although it wasn't a request, she bathed him (though I am sure he got super dirty running in her huge yard). There were tons of toys within the yard that my dog happily played with and some inside as well (though I still provided some from home). She has the house gated into different sections which is good if there are some dogs that need to be in a different area. Although the dogs are watched pretty much 24/7, if she also has to leave she has two large kennels outside that the dogs can be left in during a nice day if she runs an errand. She is very much a dog person and great with them! My dog was happy and exhausted from playing so much when I went to pick him up. I will DEFINITELY leave him here again!”

“Gae and her husband Steve were absolutely amazing with our pets, Romero (dog) and Luna (cat). As soon as we walked in the door, our sensitive little rescue dog gravitated towards them immediately. My husband and I were completely thrilled, and a little shocked to be honest, at how easily Romero transitioned into their care. I think he could tell these were loving and gentle souls and he was safe. Luna was also super comfortable in their home and spent her time watching nature from the top porch. We went on vacation without any worries and that was a comforting feeling for us. When you meet Gae and her husband, you instantly know these are great people. I would recommend Gae as a pet sitter and will definitely reach out if we need pet care again!”
