“Rebecca's has been wonderful with our Baby Girl. I have never left Baby Girl with anyone due to her high level of separation anxiety but we are in Maryland for my husband's 50th High School Reunion so we didn't have a choice. I'm so glad that I chose Rebecca because she has been amazing. Baby Girl has had a good time at her house and went with Rebecca willingly Friday (her first day in doggy day care) which I knew Baby Girl sensed that Rebecca loved dogs and that she was safe with her sitter. Thank you Rebecca for putting us at ease and knowing that our fur baby is in good hands! I would highly recommend Rebecca and if the opportunity arises to book with Rebecca again we definitely will!”

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was 5 years old. My family had many many pets growing up. We had 3 different dogs and 8 different cats. I have had 2 dogs of my own and 2 cats of my own. About a decade ago, I opened a grooming, boarding, and dog walking business. It was amazing and I loved every second of it. Unfortunately, a few years ago my partner in that business and in life at one point passed away unexpectedly. I didn't pursue keeping the business open after that. I ended up working with dogs and going to clients houses throughout the years and I am currently opening another business and I have a groomer that is the co-owner of the business. I have experience training puppies, rescues, and older dogs. I use positive reinforcement, clicker training, food/treat based training, exposure therapy, and multiple other methods. I also make homemade treats for my dogs and my clients that are much better for pets than the overly processed treats that are usually carried in stores. I am currently going to school online and building my pet care business. I have complete control over my schedule right now and have plenty of time for pet care! I live in a home and have a fenced in yard. I always allow potty breaks every 0-2hrs and offer walks every 2-4hrs. I live in a small community that is right across the street from a HUGE field and many paths for dog walks and every client I've had LOVES it! I also have a special bathing setup for animals in my home if their owners would like bathing and/or grooms. I have a grooming table in the house in a special room and a groomer on-call at all times. I have multiple bedrooms, beds, dog beds, crates, couches, and more! Dogs are welcome everywhere but always in the same area as I am and not left alone. Safety is my number one priority! I want every dog's experience with us to be amazing and safe and reliable for the owner. I also am able to send updates and pictures and anything a pet owner/pet parent requests! The wellbeing of the dog is the priority. I also have access to a special location 20 minutes from my house with hiking paths, beaches, and fun environments to bring dogs for special experiences if owner wants that for their pup during their stay with us.

About: Hi! My name is Katie. I've moved to Westminster, Maryland from Louisiana where I helped run a rescue and have had over a decade of experience with animals of all sorts. I am operations manager for a pet training/boarding facility and looking to make extra income by doing something I love, which is why I've turned to Rover. I would love to share my love for animals with you and help take care of your furbaby/babies! I live in Carroll County. (I do boarding in the owners home frequently through my full time job so I'm experienced and trust worthy) Please allow me to help you and I am flexible. I currently work with animals and am able to care for your dogs needs ❤️ they will be well cared for and loved very much. I am very detail oriented and love to make sure you're dog is as comfortable as can be while with me. Keeping to your dogs regular routines makes all the difference.

I’ve provided countless overnight stays to comfort dogs when their owners are gone, as well as regular check-in visits to let them out, give them attention, and ensure they get the exercise and affection they need. I’m energetic, attentive, and committed to treating your pets like my own. Having grown up surrounded by animals—from horses and sheep to dogs and cats—I know the value of compassionate, dependable care. In my home, our two chocolate labs are family, and I’ll bring that same love and dedication to your pets. Whether it’s playtime, walks, overnight stays, or simply providing companionship, I’ll make sure your pet feels happy, safe, and loved. I can’t wait to meet them! We are more than welcome to having dogs stay with us throughout the week or just through the weekend. We have 2 chocolate labs ourselves that we care for each day and they would love a friend or 2 to join the pack for a few days! We are used to getting up early to let the dogs out, feed, and exercise, as well as night time routine of making sure they get in plenty of time to play ball or get in a walk! Dogs are family to us.
