About: I have thirty-plus years experience as a pet owner. I have always cared for my dogs with the greatest compassion, having raised Great Danes, a Chihuahua, various Hounds and many more. I have raised most of my dogs from puppies and have taken great care and compassion in their final days. I am very gentle and compassionate with our furry friends, having great love for them. And every time I meet a new fur-angel, they immediately sense that I am a friend. Some people describe me as a dog-whisperer. I want to open my home to people who need an alternative to helping their beloved dog feel loved and stimulated throughout the day, as opposed to sitting at home alone. I love dogs, I love being around dogs all day. I have a passion for looking after these gentle, wondrerul creatures, and it's my intention to devote a large portion of my life to helping them. My services are open 24/7. I am open to emergency calls/boardings. My schedule here at 'Fiona and Friends' is 7 days a week, 24/7. I am fully dedicated to the care of your pet. Any breaks in this schedule will be posted far in advance. I have a fenced, secure, back yard. I have a large crate available, if required for your pet, as well as an enclosed sitting room if your beloved pet needs space. As well, Fiona, our gentle and friendly Whippet Hound, will help keep your fur baby entertained all day long. Fiona loves company! We have doggy floor beds, and two couches to stretch out on (or cuddle up). And of course, I take the utmost care when walking around the south end of Gananoque. I will also provide you a link to a short Youtube video that showcases the house, backyard, and walking environment. This will be made available to you upon enquiry or booking.

About: I have owned and raised dogs and cared for dogs for at least a decade. I’ve been a proud parent to a Siberian Husky and two Australian Shepherds. One of my shepherds has had a litter in the past and I successfully cared for that litter. I am on summer break as a teacher. I am available everyday in July and August. During the school year I am available weekends and nights. I ensure pets have a positive experience by taking dogs on walks, to the dog park, out in the backyard for playtime, and games inside the house. Fun time can also be chilling in the house watching tv!

About: I have a 1.5 year old foxhound-beagle mix who loves to play and snuggle in our home and is well trained by me. I also regularly take care of neighbors' dogs for meals, play time, and walks. I'm currently working full-time remotely so I have plenty of flexibility with my schedule! Most weekends we look for fun adventures outside, or we catch up on our favorite tv shows and sports teams. I have a three-sided fenced in yard and utilize a GPS collar for my dog. I have portable fences and long leads that we use if other dogs come over to play. Our three-story house has lots of space for dogs to sleep, play, or relax while the humans work.

“AMAZING. I can’t say enough good stuff about Scott, I know this is sexist - but in a way I was very unsure about a male dog-sitter. I have no good reason for this other than I had always had female dog-sitters before, but Scott proved I was SO wrong. My dogs are very anxious and they don’t do well at all when left alone (hence why I have a dog-sitter). Somehow he got them to be totally relaxed, and they come home happy. He is so kind, and very flexible. He responded to me quickly every time, he sent me pictures of my furbabies all day, and he updated me on them consistently. I am a worrier by nature, but I felt so at ease with leaving my dogs with him.”

About: i’ve always taken care of my family members and neighbors dogs , taking them on hikes, long walks and dog parks. i currently have a dog of my own she gets along with every dog she’s met she’s an aussie so she’s very active and keeps me on my feet all day. I’m a stay at home wife/dog mom who has an active dog always out on walks or at the dog park meeting new dog friends I live in an apartment, i have a fenced balcony but for that reason i’m always going on walks. Also have a crate in case your dog is crate trained or not but it’s always there.

About: I’ve taken care of animals for 44 years. All of my family relies on me for caring for their pets when they go away. In our family we don’t have pets we have family. I’m currently not working outside my home so I have plenty of time to play with your babies, I have availability not only during the week but on weekends also. I do have an open back yard and live in a beautiful, safe, and dog friendly neighborhood for us to go for long walks on.
