About: I have taken care of dogs, cats and fish as a child. I love all animals and would be more than happy to give someone peace of mind knowing their fur-baby is safe and well taken care of while you are away. I do work full time but am able to stop by 3-4 times a day or work with whatever schedule your pet needs. I am pretty flexible on what days or times are needed. I love animals and will make sure your pet is happy and taken care of when I visit. I will make sure food and clean water is readily available, litter boxes will be cleaned and trash taken out. Anything that they need will be available for them and kept clean. Treats will also be provided of course.

“Kayla was amazing with our very outspoken German Shepherd. She sent pictures of food and bathroom issues and lots of playtime pictures. Kayla even went above our dog issues and help clean up pool toys and tomatoe cages that fell over during a storm. We would highly recommend her to watch any of pets.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I enjoy taking dogs on long walks where they can stretch their legs and get lots of good sniffs! I am retired full time, and I am really looking forward to walking dogs part time. I travel occasionally, so I appreciate requests in advance notice. Dog safety and a comfort is a top priority for me. I’ve lived with big dogs my whole life and I’m use to controlling them on a leash.

My work schedule is flexible so I’m happy to adjust to your pets needs! I’m available Monday-Friday any time and weekends with notice! My dog is kept in a fenced in yard with lots of space to roam and play, plus has a dog door for easy inside access. All of the dogs I’ve owned have been crate trained as well, so we can adjust to what your fur baby may need.

About: I’ve loved animals my entire life, from raising dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and more at home to caring for friends’ and neighbors’ pets. I also have 8 years of professional experience working in veterinary medicine as a veterinary assistant/technician. I have a special love for shy and nervous pets, and I always try to give them the patience, space and tenderness they need to feel safe and comfortable. My veterinary background has given me experience caring for pets of all ages, personalities and needs, and I’m comfortable paying close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, mobility and overall wellbeing. I’d love to put that experience to work giving your pets the exercise, enrichment and loving attention they deserve. I currently work outside of Rover, so I’ll have specific days and times each week dedicated to pet care. I’m looking forward to building a reliable schedule with my Rover clients and getting to know their pets and routines! My priority is always keeping pets safe, comfortable and happy in their own environment. I have two dogs of my own and a fenced yard, so I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy caring for your pets. For drop-in visits, I’ll follow your instructions carefully and keep you updated about how your pet is doing. I’m currently offering walks and drop-in visits rather than boarding, but may offer additional services in the future.

About: I've had cats my whole life and have had dogs the last 10 years. I've fostered both cats and dogs for 10 years as well. I work full time but am home every evening. I have an adult friend at home that walk our dogs and play with them everyday. I also walk and play with my dogs when I get home. I have a huge fenced in yard that they are able to play in. I am able to separate the dogs from the cats. I am able to crate your animal if needed as well.

About: I have had pets in my home my whole life And my friends and family have always relied on me to care for their animals.I am an animal advocate! I am not working anywhere else at this time so I have a pretty free schedule. I am willing to care for any animal all hours a day I have a half an acre fenced in yard for dogs to run. With an actual dog run. I also have a separate kennel if needed.

About: Hey Pet Parents! My name is Juliana and I hold a lot of significant experience in caring for pets! First off, I am a full time student at Ohio Northern University where I was formally apart of the Polar Paws program as a Secondary Trainer. Due to school work and graduation plans, I am no longer a member, but all the skills I’ve acquired remain strong! This program allows college students to care for and train future service dogs. As a secondary trainer, I would work with various dogs on campus by training and sitting them while their primary caretaker is busy. Prior to university, I volunteered at the Van Wert County Humane Society where I worked with cats and dogs of all ages and all breeds. This consisted of walking the dogs, cleaning cages, cleaning litter boxes, playing with the animals, etc. Currently I am available anytime during the day and anytime of the week, until I update my availability when I need to go back to campus. I care for pets as if they are children. They need attention, respect, and when being babysat, a good time! That being said, in my own home they have access to their own food, water, play area, and have set potty breaks. In a clients home, the same will apply. Any alternative toys, medications, and food can be used most definitely if requested by client. Always a clean and tidy environment before and after.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 4 when I got my first dog. I currently have two cats and would love a dog but my schedule won't provide me enough time to take proper care of one. I am great with training puppies and giving medications. I’m currently a Preschool Intervention Specialist and have my own special education preschool classroom through Lima City Schools. I currently teach August-May. My availability mainly opens up during the summer but love to help out during the school year around my teaching contract. I look forward to working with you! I am currently off for the summer so I can attend to pet care as much or as little as you need. During the school year as long as your schedule works around my teaching contract, I will be able to help you out as much as I can! I have plenty of experience with small, medium, and big dogs. I would prefer to come to you but in the need to have your pet at my house, I am able to crate dogs as needed at my home as my house has an extra room. Plus my cats are very friendly or just stay to themselves so your animals will be in great care.

About: With 25+ years of experience with pets and livestock I have had the privilege of having a house full of dogs. With two of my own currently I have had the opportunity to care for many dogs over the years and understand how important their care is when your away for an extended period of time. Knowing the absence of parents can be a stressful time for animals I offer comfort and care to ease the stresses of change in routine. My daily routine includes early mornings, outdoor activities, working full time from home and have the flexibility to host a pet or do drop-ins during the work day. At this time I am perusing a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Accounting online and spend most of my free time around home. I understand the comfort and safety of animals is the upmost priority when caring for my own as well as others. Being sure they are on the property or secured when on walks as well as keeping them away from other animals and people that they might not be familiar with to avoid any conflict.
