About: I have had cats and dogs almost all my life. There were 4 or 5 years where I did not have a pet and I missed it. I now have 4 cats who are all rescues. All under the age of 3.5 yrs old. I have often been asked by friends and family to watch their pets while they were away. I also spent a year at a dog boarding facility. My duties included the basics like feeding and walking dogs and even some light grooming, and there were even some overnight stays. There were times there might be 40 dogs to help care for. All sizes, breeds and ages. I work full time Monday to Friday so I will mostly be available on weekends. I could fit in Friday evenings as well. At least for now. I may add to that later on. For my cats, they are strictly indoor. When my son visits, I have a fenced in yard for his dog to run freely in. Our cats have their own water fountain and a dry food dispenser. They get wet food twice a day. They visit the vet as needed. Otherwise we just try to make sure they have a safe environment to thrive in. As for a client's pet, I will follow all instructions per the pet owner. Let me know if there are things I should be aware of while I care for your pet.

“Our German shepherd (Zeus) is a very anxious, does not like other dogs, does not take treats from people either, some may say aggressive but really, he’s just scared.we needed to find a person that could handle him, in other words know how to take the lead, show him “it’s okay” . We were amazed at how quickly she created a bond with him! Jack has the talent/skill and knowledge for taking care of big anxious dogs and sassy ones too. Recommend 10 out of 10. Now we can take vacations!!”

“My sitter cancelled on me last minute, which left me in a bind and worried that i could not find another sitter, Rover and Tabetha came through in a pinch. My dog is a high-energy 2 year old untrained Pit/ lab mix. I have a hard time handling him myself, so i was worried about it being a match. We also had some other last minute things which were already planned and Tabetha went out of her way to make sure she met and could work with my dog. She went above and beyond by training him as well as cleaning up after him and making sure he got plenty of exercise while we were gone! About: I have worked at various doggy daycares over the past 5 years, where I monitored and handled up to 150 dogs at once. I bathed dogs, trimmed their nails, fed them, cared for injuries and sicknesses, walked them, played with them, trained them, and medicated them every day, and have firsthand experience breaking up fights. I have over a year’s worth of management experience, which meant making decisions catered to each dogs’ needs everyday. I have a wide range of knowledge on dogs and dog breeds. About: My experiences in the military, working as a nurse, training and competing as an athlete, parenting, life experiences, time spent working with animals, combined with my values are what makes me different. I’ve had pets of every kind for over 30 years. I’ve completed several training courses for dogs. I live with my daughter and our Dane, Roxie. Dogs get lots of exercise and love at my house! My daughter loves entertaining our guests by playing ball, tug or giving belly rubs so they are more comfortable here. In addition to time in the fenced yard, I take them for walks or runs at least twice each day. I follow all instructions I’m given. We only use positive reinforcement and patience for training. I have experience administering meds. I send lots of updates so owners know how their pet is doing. I have experience with all breeds and temperaments. I can trim nails and bathe most pets. When we watch dogs I’m in the house the majority of the time. When multiple dogs are with us, they aren’t left unsupervised at all. We feed morning and evening and will do noon feeding for puppies. We offer treats and dogs are welcome on the couch or various dog beds. I have a fenced yard and a safe neighborhood for walks. The dogs have plenty of room inside to play as well. I’m a runner so active dogs get plenty of exercise. I double check leashes and harnesses before walks. I keep food off the counter so no one gets into anything that could make them sick. My pets are UTD on all vaccines and take a monthly flea, tick and heart worm preventative.

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life, having 9 pet dogs, 2 pet cats, 4 ducks, and 4 chickens. I love all animals and caring for them. I am a college soccer player so I love to be active, I am always taking my dogs for runs and walks! I would love to help out anyone in need of someone to watch their sweet pets!
