About: I have spent my entire life around animals, especially larger, older dogs. I am home full time while classes are online and am very flexible with sitting times. I am currently taking classes online for the summer, so I have plenty of time to take care of your furry friends! I tend to be busier on the weekends but if you give enough time in advance I am pretty flexible. I live in an apartment complex, and don't have a yard, so animals will have to be leashed when outside. I do not have a lot of space, so smaller animals are preferred, especially for longer stays.

About: Growing up on a family farm, I have had the opportunity to care for many different kinds of animals (dogs, horses, cats, chickens, goats, pigs and cows). I have taken care of family and friends dogs for the last 20 years. I have raised 5 puppies and have shown a few of them in local shows. My kids are 10 and 7 and love taking our dogs for walks, hikes and playing with them in our very large back yard. I am home all summer and my school year schedule varies so I have plenty of time to take your pup on walks and play with them. I have a large fenced back yard and 2 pups friendly pups. I have the ability to take your dog to either a paved or dirt trail for walks or runs. My dogs walk 4 to 5 miles a day but I can definitely make the walk shorter if needed. I have the ability to separate the dogs if needed. I can also crate the dogs. Our dogs love to lounge on our couches.

“It was our dogs' first time staying with someone other than family, so we were a bit nervous at first... but upon meeting, we were immediately put at ease. Our dogs had a blast and were absolutely treated with the same love and snuggles our family gives. We loved the updates, and both dogs came home ready for a long nap from lots of playtime with their new friends. We are grateful and will definitely use Mackenzie and Anthony again!! “Savannah and her husband did an amazing job (and on very short notice) watching our dog while we were gone over the weekend. Not only was she prompt and attentive to my inquiries, she sent multiple pictures of our pup having a great time. He even came home behaving better! It was quite obvious that Savannah and Ben had loved up on him and taken great care of him. She and her husband were very calm, competent and caring from the moment we first met them. They have a knack for taking care of dogs and did a wonderful job attending to our older dog’s needs. They also have a great fenced backyard for plenty of play, with lots of big shady trees to rest or nap under. “After reading several stellar reviews, I decided to contact Maggie to schedule time for her to kitty-sit my cat, Pebbles. I wasn't quite sure of the time frame to reserve because I didn't know when exactly I would be returning home. Maggie assured me it would be no problem if I needed an extra day. I did, in fact, request an additional day because when I returned home, I was too tired to drive across town to pick up my cat. Maggie said it was fine which I really appreciated! Before I brought Pebbles to Maggie's, I informed her that I wasn't sure how well she would interact with other animals because there are no other pets in my home. Maggie said not to worry and that she has space to separate pets if needed. As anticipated, the next day, Maggie texted to inform me that Pebbles was a bit stressed and did not appreciate the other animals. She kept Pebbles away from the other pets to keep everyone safe and comfortable. Maggie was very good about texting updates and pictures of Pebbles throughout my trip. This was definately peace of mind for me. I have never used a pet sitter before. While on trips, I have either taken my pets to the vet, family, or friends have come to my house to care for them. I was very pleased with Maggie taking care of Pebbles and will definately use her again in the future! I highly recommend Maggie to take care of your pet(s)!”
